Grace is attempting to put back on a screw type lid on a spice jar. She has yet to accomplish it. Taking it off is easier than putting it on.
We are loving the growth of her hair after so little for so long! Her mom was also without hair as a baby and now has tons!

I'm sitting working at my desk looking out the window and stressing about the little baby monkey! The mommy has decided to let this little guy learn the ropes (so to speak) and he is jumping from branch to branch in the tree - falling and grabbing and I am stressing more than the monkeys about it! I feel like going and putting a safety net up for the little thing!!

In Spring/Summer 2017, three learning gardens were planted by Cranston teens at the Oak Lawn Branch, the Central Library and the William Hall Library.
The gardens were funded by a grant from the New England Grassroots Environment Fund, as well as by donations from the William Hall Library Board of Trustees and the CPL Teen Team.

Designed for elementary school students, Learning Pet enriches lessons by creating a physical interface to interact with the virtual world. We demonstrate a number sorting game, where the student interacts with the robot to blast virtual UFO's with the lowest value. Correct answers are celebrated with a wing flap, and each level-up with a dance. We use the Accessory Development Kit to interface with mobile devices while away from the computer.
