Designed for elementary school students, Learning Pet enriches lessons by creating a physical interface to interact with the virtual world. We demonstrate a number sorting game, where the student interacts with the robot to blast virtual UFO's with the lowest value. Correct answers are celebrated with a wing flap, and each level-up with a dance. We use the Accessory Development Kit to interface with mobile devices while away from the computer.

she's learning to wait in a specific area in obedience school. we're still at the dog bed or crate stage, eventually she'll learn how to stay on an area rug, or to respect a door boundary. or so they claim.
Ever since a pup, Taylor will sit and watch things to try and understand them. What is it? Does it affect me? Is it dangerous? Can I eat it? Once she has satisfied herself that it is harmless it is as if it is filed away for future reference. So canal barges are safe and she no longer barks at them. Not sure what it is here that caught her attention but it could be a bird or a piece of fluff!

For the second time in February, volunteers gathered at Emerson Point Preserve in Palmetto, FL. Together they worked to "Give a Day" and "Get a Disney Day." 36 volunteers participated in the program, helping to remove exotic invasive sansevieria plant (mother-in-law's tongue) from the conservation property.
Since January 1, 2010, Manatee County's Natural Resources Department has hosted a total of 7 "Give a Day, Get a Disney Day" volunteer workdays. More are planned for March, so please check the Disney website if you would like to participate. We also have regular volunteer opportunities and a dynamic team of helpers who help support and care for the preserves. Join our team today! I have already learned in the first couple of hours of using the 50mm 1.4 that your focus and trigger finger better be dead on or your gonna miss the shot!
