"Silicon Souls" is an evocative gallery by renowned artist Duncan Rawlinson. Comprising of just over 20 images, the series ventures into an exploration of the intersection of technology and daily life. Two young Kestrels learning to fly. Sky was pretty overcast and the original image had a dull grey background. In LR5 i upped the exposure to blow out what little detail there was and adjust the shadows and blacks to bring back some detail in the birds. I also used the spot fix tool to remove some of the insects that just looked like dust spots around the birds.

ETLC Building at the University of Alberta at around 9:00 PM. As I walked in the University grounds, I looked up at the one of the towering buildings in the U of A and found it very well-lit. Three students were hard at work while the empty floors continued to light up the night.
