As a society, we can change the way businesses operate. Instead of focusing solely on profit and efficiency, we should prioritize humanity's and the environment's well-being. Using terms such as "productivity" often leads to neglecting our social responsibilities and putting personal gain above the greater good. Let us strive for a better future where businesses prioritize justice, compassion, and sustainability above all else.
