My latest batch of starfighters, some of course only minor redesigns of previous models.
I'm still volunteering to do the map for nnovvember 2010. The fighters above should be pretty much to scale with each other, the reference point being the front of the cockpit windscreen.
Now that I am one, I can finally add this link to my Nomination bracelet that The Sherpa had bought for me a few months ago. Still missing the Black Enamel Teddy Bear that was on the original one I lost as they've stopped doing it now. Will have to find something that matches the charm on my Goddaughter's bracelet instead.

My latest batch of sketch books. The larger cloth bound at the top was a fun sort of design. It reminded me of Australian Aboriginal Dot Paintings. The one next to it is one I finished last night. Along with the rest it has recycled book board but the inside signatures were made from a recycled Strathmore book of paper samples given to me by a friend. I just want to get it to a level that I feel I have a formula, if you will, to be able to create them at will while being able to ad touches of creativity.:D

It's been a long time coming.

My last post was pretty grim.
I did have the private treatment to 'Ablate' the new tumour in my liver at the end of November. This treatment looks like it has worked but I have to wait 3 to 6 months to have it confirmed.
Unrelated to the treatment I have had a couple of infections and now have blood clots in my lungs (painful).
I had to stop my chemo and immunotherapy whilst this latest treatment was carried out.
I am now set to resume chemo/ immune treatments next week once the current infection has cleared.
Thankfully the daily injections appear to have reduced or shifted the blood clots so no more pain!
I am waiting for another scan to see if anything is showing anywhere else.
The chemo will be for another 12 weeks as I was half way through when I had to take the break.
As far as KT is concerned I just don't have the energy or strength to get her out but will make a big effort soon.

This is the latest project we have done in the yard this past week. I got the Japanese Maple on the right for my birthday last year and we created the planting bed that was empty until this year. I finally found a birdbath I like this spring and then found plants I like. This bed is visible from our dining room, screened porch and deck so I wanted to find some special plants. I also wanted it to be interesting year round. This view is from the deck.
Maggie Weston E-Frame. Part of the amazing Exo Squad line of toys from Playmates. I love getting an older sealed toy and freeing it from the box. I had a lot of fun assembling it and putting the decals on. A flood of memories came back to me.
Latest recolour of the petite lil' Hot Wheels 1970 Honda N600 Custom. Crossing over from Case Q to A which has been handy in finding more as I only found the single example last time. Mint and boxed.
