GLOT is an entrepreneur NGO that bet on languages as a mean of social change, it was found in Medellín-Colombia by Diana Suárez, Lina Restrepo and other partners that have had the opportunity to learn several languages (polyGLOTs), now it's our time to give back. That is why GRATITUDE is the word for the people who believe in our work and volunteer its time or make a donation, thanks to them we can bring about opportunities for personal growth through native and foreign language skill development at the community-based level and also opportunities for local NGO’s that has language barriers to apply to international cooperation funds. As TPP, they believe in our commitment to a better world and especially we all share a common and powerful language: LOVE.

Learning positive language to children play major role for learning, social skills as well as behavior. To using positive language delivering belief in children's skills and interest, to helping them to personalize a positive identity and develop more awareness and self-control. Instead of this positive language helps those in earshot form a positive understanding of the children in Childcare Center or preschool, which will enhance the child's self-perception and help to move up positive behavior.

Speech-language and pathology students use hand puppets to help develop literacy skills in children at a Head Start center in Plymouth. Eighteen students from the National Student Speech Language and Hearing Association (NSSLHA) chapter at Misericordia University helped promote early literacy skills when they conducted a special reading project at the Head Start New Street Center in Plymouth. The Misericordia students, all members of the five-year speech-language and pathology (SLP) program, read one-on-one with the children, ages 3 to 5, and provided them with a hand puppet and a book to take home.
