很多人热衷于追求外文原版文艺作品的“原汁原味”，对本土译制版却无太多热情，但我们依旧在不断推进译制作品，这其中的缘由何在？简单想一想，你有没有发现？在没有音乐搭配的时候，我们所读所讲的中文依旧是有旋律的，即使是平淡无奇的白话，依然有着别有会心的韵味。母语的教育，说起来普通，却又不那么普通，它融入了我们的文化每时每刻，承载着独一无二的意义。Many people are keen to pursue the "original taste" of the original works of literature and art in foreign languages, but there is not much enthusiasm for local translation and plate-making? Just think about it for a second. Did you find anything? In the absence of musical accompaniment, the Chinese we read and speak is still melodic, even if it is plain vernacular, still has a knowing flavor. The education of mother tongue, which is common but not so common, is integrated into every moment of our culture and carries a unique meaning.

I found this book in my father's book shelf. I found it really interesting. It may help people understand the real history of east asia, from people's side , not from the side of rulers. Taiwanese or Ho-loc-weei, was spoken in the central part of China thousand years ago , this language along with the people using the language move to the southeastern cornor of mainland china , Taiwan, Japan, vietnan, thailand, Philipines , Malaysia, etc , and created a marine business empire for hundred years ,yet not popularly known to most people. Through study of Ho-loc-weei, using your free association as you travel in these countries, you may find lots of interesting connections.
