Hawk landing near his mate. You can see her if you look. At this point the crows just gave up and went away. These two hawks just sat in the tree until I gave up hope that they would do something dramatic.

This was likely taken south of Great Whale river/ Poste de la baleine - you can see tree tops. The tree line is just about there and really separates Inuit and Cree country where James Bay meets Hudson Bay.
