There was a webcam mounted facing the counter and if you have extra food (from a catered meeting or similar), you press the button and it takes a picture and emails the list so everyone knows what it is anc can come eat it!
One of the donors, John, who flew in to visit the village and help in the computer lab for a few days.

Mine is "take a risk"...don't play it so safe all the time...like waiting until you have a royal straight to go "all in". That's maple syrup in the CC glass though, so maybe risky behavior will never be my forte'.

LAB MIX PUPPIES: There are 5 of these adorable Lab mix puppies, 4 males and 1 female.
These little guys are perky, playful and lots of fun! They love to play with each other, and with their toys, and are very attentive for food treats (they’ll love to go to puppy class!) Though the little girl (the chocolate puppy pictured) is a little shy at first, she warms up with kind handling and encouragement.
These wonderful puppies are looking for loving homes where they’ll have the attention and training they need.
They live in kennel P5 & P8.

On Sunday we cleared our sacred space at SiTE:Lab. The only thing left in the room, upon final inspection, was the plaque Dance in the Annex (DITA) artist statement, for "Angle of Repose," that hung on the wall for the duration of the installation. The two of us sat for a selfie, to capture the moment, and this is exactly how it felt to leave for the last time.
My lab is small but functional. There is a hood to draw out the noxious fumes.
Below the hood you can see an olive green cylinder. That is a wax injector. The cylinder warms up to melt the wax and then I hand pump in air pressure so that when I put a mold to a small nozzle the hot wax shoots into cavity in the mold. When the wax is cool it can be removed from the mold and used in the lost wax casting process.

O Lab é formado por Daniel Lima (guitarra/voz) e Thiago Braga (baixo/voz). Daniel é músico desde 1993 (BlitzKrieg, Dr.Spock, Cálix, Elétrika, Singles e Hocus Pocus). Desde 2003 desenvolve trabalhos de produção musical junto a artistas da cena independente, como Carne Nua, Felipe Aguiar, Cajah, Fábio Barucci, Rocknova, Singlebox, Saulo Duarte e outros. Thiago é músico desde 1998 (O Móbile, Elétrika, Sideral e Kid Abelha). Atualmente também toca com Fernanda Takai, Érika Machado, The Presley’s e Ricardo Koktus (Pato Fu). Desde 2005, Daniel e Thiago estiveram em estúdio. Pesquisando e produzindo sons e canções que agora formam o repertório do primeiro álbum.
Dentro de um amplo universo sonoro, o Lab dialoga com as bases do rock, pop, funk, folk, samba, eletrônico e outros, tudo isso com uma linguagem própria. Em 2007, o LAB recebeu uma indicação ao prêmio DIESEL: U: MUSIC (Europa), como melhor artista ROCK/INDIE. No mesmo ano, a música “... nem gosto de samba" foi destaque no programa FRENTE, comandado por Henrique Portugal (Skank) na Rádio Oi FM. Esta faixa está agora na 98 FM, no Palco 98. Em setembro de 2008 o trabalho chamou a atenção dos produtores do Programa do Jô, o que rendeu ao LAB uma apresentação no talk show da rede Globo. No palco, a dupla conta com a participação de músicos convidados e apresentam, além de suas próprias composições, releituras da obra de artistas como Lenine, Nando Reis, Los Hermanos, Ultramen, Michael Jackson Incubus, Jamie Cullum e outros.
