Anyone who LEGOs a lot should organize and sort their collection.

I like knowing where my pieces are but I was spending too much time cutting thick cardboard, plus my hands would get very sore and tired afterward. I ordered these custom dividers with the cardboard being a bit thinner and easier to move.

This "Sterilite" drawer(commonly used to store legos), fitted the dividers quite well. It works best for medium to large sized Legos. Small pieces should be stored in Akro-Mills drawers anyways, not the larger Sterilite ones.

This MOC was inspired by the scene from chapter 3 season 1 of The Mandalorian TV show where Mandalorian survivors confront the bounty hunters guild to help Din Djarin escape with Baby Yoda (or The Child) from Nevarro City. It's the first time I ever tried third-party LED lights in a MOC and I think it turned out really well. I'm happy with all the details, especially the big arch/gate and the rockwork, but unfortunately I ran out of some crucial pieces and wasn't able to make the whole MOC as detailed as I wanted. However, it still looks pretty decent I think.

This is my second custom LEGO modular building which I call "City Post & Library." I built it to look somewhat like an older post office building, but since it has two floors I put a library in the top level. This time around I managed to finish and furnish the interior and an pleased with the results.

Due to popular request I have created and sell PDF instructions for this model. They are available in my BrickLink store "A *Deal* 4 U" at www.adeal4u.net.

THE HOARFROST MONARCH, THE COLD UNCEASING, THE ICE KING.

(Winter Wipeout, Pt. 6)

This is my sixth entry into the Winter Wipeout contest hosted by @haon.brx over on Instagram! The theme for this sixth week was "Ice King." My entry is a bit of a mystery. There are many theories as to just who the Ice King actually is. One such theory among storytellers and cantors is that the Ice King was once a powerful orcish tyrant who escaped certain death by a firestorm through means of hiding underground while his people burned. As punishment for his cowardice and failure, he was banished to the far north, and cursed to live forever, bound to icy chains which froze him in his tomb, tempering any sort of inclination toward retribution he might seek. They say he slowly became so suffused with the elements that he became the blizzard itself, and grew in power over time.

As mentioned in the first post, there's a bit of story and lore wrapped in the form of some poetry/lyrics, so read on if you're curious!

"A double-edged curse was he, the Ice King

From a judgment passed down by generations before.

Anguish and fury, those cold winds that do sting

Were his siren's song that led five to his door.

Banished to Ice Reach, far beyond his lands,

For the people he slaughtered by turning a blind eye

When the Great Firestorm raged, blood covered his hands,

So he was justly immortal, unable to die.

Sealed in a tomb of frosted o'er chains

Devoid of his feeling, but devoid, too, of death

He grew in his wrath, spiteful tears, icy rains,

And his blizzard of malice expanded in breadth.

So they found him bound up in his casket of rime,

And promptly set fire to chains that bound hate.

Releasing calamity, fermented with time,

And sought now to, the Ice King's tomb, desecrate."

- Chapter 1 -

• Western Russia, Kazan region

When the Russian Government relocated to Yekaterinburg due to western Russia being in decay from the NATO retaliation strikes, many stayed behind, some of them upset with the new government signing a peace deal with the West.

Small separatist military groups have sprung up, comprising of former soldiers and personnel of the Russian military, along with upset locals, wanting to topple the new government or gain independence for their regions.

Acquiring heavy firepower from abandoned military depots, they attack Russian military patrols that secure the border in the Kazan region, disrupting the new government’s influence and control of Western Russia, and taking over key military infrastructures. The already weakened government stresses priority on suppressing these small uprisings, before they grow more relentless.

Very happy to share with you my contribution to Epilogue Collab, an initiative to inspire other military builders with a fictional near-future story. This build has been very fun to make, and I’m happy to have been able to try out new techniques and ideas for this one. More details on Instagram.

I'm back with my newest moc, the Red London Telephone Box.

The model contains 1856 pieces and features lots of interesting details. The door can be opened to reveal an authentic detailed interior, complete with an old fashioned telephone.

As well as the phone box I've also included a British pillar box and a street lamp complete with hanging flower baskets.

I think the iconic London Telephone Box would be a great subject for a LEGO IDEAS set so I've uploaded it to the LEGO IDEAS website. If you like the model I'd be really grateful if you could head over and give the model your support. 10,000 votes and it could become a real set.

MARVEL X D&D: THE MONK

This is the seventh post of a series that explores what a number of fantastical Marvel characters would be if they were one of the 13 different classes of Dungeons and Dragons (5e). The seventh of these classes is the Monk.

Black Panther (Way of the Shadow)

The Black Panther is a mantle taken by many over the ages, though the abilities always remain roughly the same. The Black Panther is capable of nullifying projectiles, highly skilled in martial arts, and often uses stealth and ambushes to attack his enemies. Perhaps the easiest interpretation of the Black Panther is that he is in fact a tabaxi, as well.

A LEGO Culver's MOC I built.

Well, Christmas is coming up, so I decided to do a nativity build. I've never seen one in a Lego set and thought I should make one. It would be a great addition to all your holiday decorations. This set was built with 347 bricks. There are several minifigures and animals featured in this set. There are a total of nine minifigures. There is also a baby, three horses, two pigs, a bunny, five chickens, four chicks, and three eggs. Also, the whole top floor can be taken off for easy access to the first floor. It took me several hours on this over a course of three days. Anyways, I am pleased with the final build. Hope you like it! :D

PUTKIN PRESENTS: SWEET TOOTH.

"This one is a rather uncommon little magic item, isn't it? It's called "Sweet Tooth," ya know, because it's shaped like a sweet treat, I imagine. What can I say about it?... It's short and sweet."

MOC I built for the Green Zone of the LEGO House in Billund.

It shows an oriental scene with a house, a garden and a caravan.

While setting the MOC up in Billund, I put more details in it - but the pics aren't that good.

If you ever get the chance to visit the LEGO House: DO IT! It is awesome!

This sequence has always stood out to me as one of the most memorable in the Pirates of the Caribbean series, largely due to how the entire church structure is used as an active stage for the swordfight — from the sanctuary interior to the rafters, bell tower, and ultimately transitioning into the jungle and mill sequence. It’s a dynamic, layered setting that blends architecture, choreography, and environment, making it a perfect subject to capture in LEGO.

My design process began by studying the scale and layout of the church. After several rewatches of the scene, I was able to determine the number of distinct levels inside the structure and focused first on modeling the more prominent bell tower. From there, I mapped out the path of the action — starting from the sanctuary, moving across wooden beams and through the deteriorating roof, and culminating in the runaway water mill barreling into the jungle.

The church itself is a decayed Spanish colonial building, marked by crumbling stonework, collapsed archways, and remnants of once-detailed masonry. I wanted to maintain its recognizable silhouette while embracing the chaos of its ruined state. Starting from the interior action layout helped me define the core proportions and then branch outward, layering in debris, broken tiles, and ornamental details now eroded by time and the jungle’s return.

When revisiting the build later, I incorporated newer foliage elements, including updated fern pieces and custom-built palm trees. These additions helped enrich the setting, emphasizing the lush, tropical jungle pressing in beyond the church’s ruined stone fences — creating a strong visual contrast between the structured decay of the church and the wild vitality of the surrounding environment.

3 pack of Lego drawer dividers

I've dreamed of building the Swiss Family Robinson Treehouse ever since I first saw the movie as a kid.

Now, in Lego, I have!

Here it is: the most iconic treehouse of all time!

Support this project and you can have your very own Falconhurst Treehouse.

ideas.lego.com/projects/e299db50-89bc-41e5-a69d-1f51520093e4

Designing this set was an awesome challenge. My first attempt completely fell apart. Three months later, after redesigning everything, I was done with a solid model. You might think that this set will break apart, but the building techniques used, invisible in the finished model, make it extremely strong, even to the end of every branch. Technic pieces connect the green base to the inside of the tree and into the floor of the main treehouse. From top to bottom this set is solid. There has never been a Lego set anything like this so support it and make it a reality!

The treehouse has lots of great functions. The stairs fold up, just like in the movie. There is a trap door you can open and close in the floor of the main treehouse; the roof of each treehouse comes off easily so you can play inside each hut; the right treehouse opens in the front so you can set things up without taking off the roof. And there are lots of great details, like the bunk bed, ships steering wheel, shelves with books and trinkets, a small organ and so much more.

It comes with six minifigures, two dogs, and two monkeys. The minifigures are Mr and Mrs Robinson, Fritz, Ernst, Roberta or "Bertie" and Francis.

It consists of about 2,730 pieces and most are really small, but with the use of parts that currently don't come in the colors needed for the treehouse (mostly reddish brown and dark brown) this count could easily be reduced. It is an impressive set that fits nicely on the corner of my desk.

MARVEL X D&D: THE SORCERER.

This is the eleventh post of a series that explores what a number of fantastical Marvel characters would be if they were one of the 13 different classes of Dungeons and Dragons (5e). The eleventh of these classes is the Sorcerer.

Scarlet Witch (Wild Magic Origin)

While a number of different origin stories differ from each other on Wanda Maximoff's true source of powers, one thing is clear: she's generally always had access to them, and uses them innately. Wielding the power of manipulating reality and probability, as well as tapping into Chaos magic, the Scarlet Witch is definitely a Wild Magic Sorcerer, despite the name. When it comes to casters with the ability to shake things up, there's no one you'd want to face less on the battlefield than Wanda.

What was only supposed to be a series of 3 models, spun into a total of 6. This is my 4th build in my "Moments of Melancholy" series. While all the others had some sort of direct inspiration, whether a song or a piece of artwork, this one was just off the dome.

Only uses the colors white, light bley, dark bley, black, red, dark red, and coral. Model started in August 2023, finished in May 2024, and photographed in March of 2025. The top petals use ~10 sets of the dragon wings from set 70653 Firstbourne (Part # 38765 on Bricklink).

Lego Woolworth Building, Toys R Us, Times Square, New York City

I’ve agonized over this stupid engine. And I wouldn’t be as intent on accuracy if the original MOC hadn’t been my oldest build.

I’ve attempted as much detail as I can without compromising structure or coming across too garish. This compromise meant abandoning loose coal to hide the techniques and shifting the ’tanks’ all over the body to accommodate wiring and an attempt at representing internal running gear.

The sanding gear, bunker steps, cab detail, and brakes were all labors of love to incorporate and I finally feel rest in my soul that this 1400 can no longer be called an inaccurate Jinty or green Thomas. Pieces have ALL arrived finally from blubrix and bricklink so I can now start on my ‘big’ new project. Happy to shelve this tank.
