Hier durfte ich mal mein neues Licht probieren. Was man doch bezauberndes mit einem kleinen LED-Stab zaubern kann!
...und natürlich mit so einem bezaubernden Model. Auch Denise hat noch nie vor einer Kamera gestanden.

This simple light box set up is about as high tech as I get. Right now it's on the dining room table, because I needed to be downstairs the other day. It folds up like an art folder, to include pockets for the lights and table top tripod.....comes as a set. I've also posted the finished shot from this set up.
Still getting great shots well after the sun went down with a high iso, fast lens, and an led panel shining through an umbrella.

Some find it prehistoric monsters but for me, they have a big hug effect.

I know I said I'd uploaded enough photos from this event but I couldn't resist adding just one more portrait of model Meela ( www.instagram.com/mee.l.a/ ). Coincidentally it happened to be the first shot I took on the afternoon.......
For my birthday back in July, ImageX and Rotolight thoughtfully arranged a photowalk around Oxford. Me and a group of people I'd never met spent a few hours wandering around the city with several models and a load of Rotolight LED lighting kit.
I'm a big fan of backlighting so it was interesting to see how a ultra portable Neo3 light just out of shot could provide sufficient fill-in to lift the details in the shadows.
