I photographed this USDA United States Forest Service 2015-2019 Chevrolet Tahoe in Carson City, NV. Note the twin siren speakers in front. This K9 unit has alot more ground clearance than most other Tahoe's so it either has GM's Z71 off-road package or a suspension lift kit. I usually detest clear LED lightbars but this one with the blacked out top looks quite good.
2001 or later Ford Crown Victoria Police Interceptor patrol car. I really like the black & white paint with gold stripes, don't understand why Morgan Hill PD eliminated this unique styling cue. 35mm scan photographed by me pre-2010.
Photographed in Virginia City, Nevada. The tractor is a classic Peterbilt 379, however I don't know the make of the dozer sitting on the flatbed so if some tractor aficionado can identify it please let me know. Most of the Storey County Fire Department's apparatus is blue and white, some of their older units are white and blue.
This is a 1999-2006 GMC Sierra pickup truck belonging to the Peardale Chicago Park Fire Protection District in California. Seen at apparatus staging scene of the Applegate Wildfire in October 2014.
Due to the angle that I took this picture from I can't tell if this is a 4900 SF set-forward or SB set-back axle tractor. I suspect this is a SF model.

One man in his twenties was arrested by police. I'm not sure of the reason why but it must have been serious, given the amount of police that were on scene.

I photographed this box van ambulance in San Jose. Amazingly enough the Chevy Express van, which was originally introduced in 1996 along with its GMC Savannah twin, continues to exist through model year 2020 as both a cargo & passenger van. Its styling has remained unchanged since 2003.
Both of these CDF-Cal Fire trucks are older 1989-2001 International 4000 series, Model 14 or 15 Type III wildland fire engines. Seen here responding Code 3 to the scene of the Applegate Wildfire. They are driving in the emergency lane on I80 north of Sacramento. I took these shots through the rearview mirror of my car, I flipped these photos around so you don't see the trucks backwards. Both of these engines have a newer LED lightbar and after market reflector optic LED headlights.

Civic Center Towing Kenworth T270 or T370 medium duty wrecker. This parade takes place each October in San Leandro, CA. Be sure to Slow Down & Move Over for all tow trucks or other emergency vehicles parked alongside the road assisting motorists.
Has a later model bed, a LED light bar bolted to the hood and an evil doll where the grill should be and a decal that perfectly describes this vehicle...REDNECK.
