Now that they're all switched over, it looks pretty amazing! Also, it uses less power, putting less strain on the fuses, and they generate no heat, so they are less likely to burn up the plastics over time. ALSO they last much much longer than regular bulbs, so I won't have to change them for a really long time! WOO!

En todos lados se "cuecen habas" en el portal de prodigy msn encontré este error , ahora resulta que el clásico grupo Led Zeppelin es Led Seppelin.
O será un Led Zeppelin pero pirata?
I re-organised the circuit for each element in the original clock and built them on individual boards. One had the hours, a seven-segment element plus two extras for the 10's. Another had the tens of minutes, a seven-segment element plus the colon. The third had the units of minutes, just a seven-segment element.
This is the back of the minute units board. A bit of a dog's breakfast, I know!

Check out our gorgeous Christmas tree! Schnookie led the charge for a more densely ornamented look that we did last year, and I think that was the right way to go. We even dug out some ornaments we haven't hung in years and years, including one of the cheesy Hallmark rocking horses Boomer collected when we were kids.
The tree has a crazy long trunk, so from afar, the whole thing looks like it's sort of floating. It would be an excellent tree for piling presents under, but sadly, our living room doesn't really allow for that.
The rest of the day was wrapping presents, and stitching on Christmas-y stuff, and watching Law & Order (which felt oddly Christmasy). In short, it was the perfect December Saturday (with the exception of the fact that it was, like, 70 degrees out. WTF?)!

bought these at wegmans today.. the only LEDs I could find there... aren't they lovely? I hung them up on the hooks that hanging plants are supposed to hang from. temporary thing.
This is a macro of a tiny sculpture. I couldn't do this before without strong natural light and the right angle. The eyes reflect the flash pattern. Not bad for $27!
