🌟 Stepping into the World of Keyshot Featured 3D Artists! 🌟
I'm incredibly proud and honored to share that I've been chosen as one of the Keyshot Featured 3D Artists. 🎉🔍
Check out my profile here: www.keyshot.com/customers/oliver-yu/
With over a decade of experience as a professional commercial photographer, I've always believed in the potential of the 3D environment as the future of creative expression. Yet, the daunting learning curves of many 3D tools often felt like insurmountable obstacles. 🌐📚
However, over the past couple of years, I was compelled to transition to a full 3D workflow to achieve greater efficiency. Gone are the days of producing hundreds of physical samples and photographing them, with only a handful making it to production. Thanks to Keyshot, I can now bring products to life digitally, providing all stakeholders with photorealistic visuals – a transformation that saves hundreds of thousands of dollars annually in sampling costs. 💰💡
Coming from a photographic background, Keyshot's tools, settings, and user interface felt like a natural fit. Concepts like focal lengths, lens apertures, and measuring light in watts and lumens were integral to my career as an artist. Keyshot beautifully translates these principles into the 3D realm, making it an invaluable tool for my creative journey. 📷️
I feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to learn, create, and push the boundaries of what this incredible software can achieve. 🚀🎨
Thank you to the Keyshot team for this amazing recognition, and I can't wait to continue crafting stunning art with Keyshot! 🙏🌟 #KeyshotFeaturedArtist #3DArtistry #CreativeEvolution #PhotographyMeets3D #DigitalArtistry #ArtisticJourney #InnovationInProgress

I am excited to take part this this design competition in collaboration with Keyshot and London-based interior brand Vitamin Living
Vitamin challenges the contestants to re-imagine the K-Lamp whilst retaining the lamps’ iconic identity, putting a twist on the product.
Being a product designer in the video game and anime industry, I thought the product overall design resonated with the style of my industry and thought I put the gamer/otaku spin on the product. While the original product was designed more as a minimalistic fixture, I thought adding a bit of color and the chibi anime style was something gamers would just eat up.
What do you guys think? Would you buy a anime/gamer style K-Lamp?

A custom motorcycle design concept driven by space travel iconography in the classic sense. This DP is an ode to the pinnacle of the American space race, borrowing from the vast cache of NASA technology, materials, textures, and above all, the power and boundless spirit to explore the outer limits.
Check out this new render I put together of concept Motorcycle - TBO M1000. Painted in Midnight Purple color changing oil slick color for the main body, which changes color from Purple to Blue under certain lighting conditions. The bike has Carbon Fiber accents and wheels with a perforated leather seat. The model is a little rough so had to go a little crazy with the corner rounding to make it look more realistic. Creating some cool stuff in KeyShot!
Estos son otros Render que realicé del Anillo Piano, esta vez con un esquema de iluminación diferente y en fondo negro, sobre un vidrio. Espero que les guste :D
