Because we are the Worst Parents Ever, we somehow lost Kai's hat on the way to Yosemite. In November. This was clearly a huge problem. But neverfear! I MacGyver'ed up a solution: a spare pair of pants and a rubber band from the back of the car. We streamlined it the next day (I'll post photos of the improved hat in the next round).

He seemed to enjoy all the visual stimulation during his first visit to Target. It was a bit of a workout holding this little sack of potatoes the whole time. ;) I need to bring the Ergo Baby carrier next time.
