not an exactly artistic photo, but one of the most unusual things i have come across with my job, if you cant tell what it is, it is a conservatory which has been fitted half across the kitchen window!

Major Duties and Responsibilities:
- Communicate with patients to understand their requirements and needs.
- Convert patients' inquiries into sales opportunities.
- Address any questions or issues the patients may have.
- Enter and update patient’s information into the database.
Education:
- University degree in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or a relevant field from an accredited academic institution.
- A professional certification in healthcare is highly considerable.
Qualifications:
- 2 to 4 years experience in a similar role in the healthcare field (preferable).
- Strong knowledge of CRM (ZOHO).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multi-task and cope with competing demands under tight deadlines.
- Strong initiative and self-motivation with a commitment to teamwork.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Languages:
- English (Fluent)
- French (Fluent)
