More precisely a "backpack helicopter" a.k.a. OPHAV (Optionally Piloted Hovering Air Vehicle).

Traveling. Back in a few days. Have a wonderful weekend! (in the photo is my sweetie)

It shows our jetpack attach well with official Boba.

I just saw TRON: Ares in theaters and I was captivated by the new flying vehicles they introduced for the movie! I had a lot of fun designing a “program” Miniland-scale figure to pilot the jetpack, but my favorite part was figuring out how to build its glow-y skeleton. It has a very unique construction and it took me a while to figure out exactly how to make it come together, given the very limited source footage available.

This was also my first time editing in Procreate! I've been learning to use the app for my major, Industrial and Innovative Design, so I decided to try editing my photos with it. The edges are still pretty rough, but I'm happy with the backgrounds as well as the motion blur I was able to add.

I hope you like it, and as always, I’m happy to hear your thoughts and suggestions!

Soldiers of the Black Scorpions are moving into the middle of Chile to take down the head of the terrorists and rebels who are against the fallen government in Chile and Boliviva and now the government in Argentinia.

But there is a new problem:

The country is run by drug dealers. The police are dreadful and are also corrupt. So Black Scorpions sent soldiers and Special Units to fight against this crime. Now they found one of the most important places for the corrupt police and the drug dealers, and are starting to occupy it. These peoples have very bad weapons, but thay are a lot of persons, so the soldiers have to fight a long time.

The Liberation war has reached a new dimension...

Film: fortepan 50 asa

one i was the most stumped on how to bring my version onto him

i completly changed the hair with a few recognisable touches, and depending if lego wants to do some exclusive printing to the hair, it can be either just green or green and black (in tribute to how his hair looks in the show)

he uses a dark lavender torso and legs with leg printing for both front and outer sides, he has same arm printing as the mad hatter.

now his toy plane was funt o build, it uses a 1x1 brick with nubs at all sides, a one by one round with a whole in the stud, an axe as a tail and the connecter for a transparent dish, and 2 ice pops as wings. the remote is a 1x2 gray tile with printing

now jetpack joker was a challenge, the minifigure was fine but it was his actual jetpack that STILL stumps me, appeariently it uses one of those wind up key pieces on a neckbracket, and it looks like some lightsaber rods slide or fit in (if anyone can tell me if this is try then that would be awesome) i will send some prototypes tomorrow to see which one you guys like

but other then that, he uses a sorta new torso design but its just the flower erased and added his straps, new face print to, a somewhat winking laugh

after the proto types, i want you to comment what you wanna see, harley quinn or two face?

The VCS-Grouse was an attempt by the United Republic of Europe (URE) at making a cheap yet effective ground assault VCS. However, due to its slow movement, weak armor, and outdated sensor and comms systems, it ended up being a failure. The design was not a complete loss, however, as the URE outfitted many Grouse systems with special back-mounted propulsion systems which made them capable of limited space and atmospheric flight. The Grouse worked surprisingly well in cooperation with the backpack, and they now make up the majority of the URE's orbital defense force.

Another mech, from the same fictional universe as the Cougar. (Coming up with backstories for these things is kinda hard btw) It's based around a similar frame as the Cougar, but with a few bits inspired by FateHeart and Messymaru. I'm pretty happy with how the jetpack turned out as well, especially the arm strength enhancers.

...Our regularly scheduled program. Laffite's Cove was a bust on Saturday but driving on 61st Street along Offatts Bayou I came across this fellow on a Flyboard (water jetpack) pulling off some pretty impressive stunts. Galveston Island, Texas.

The flames attached on jetpack that you guys asking. And I did.

Jeffery is rethinking his earlier decision to not wear a helmet. I really like using this type of base. 327

Side veiw of the jetpack. I know it's not 100% accurate but I was limited by the parts I had available, but I am happy with how it turned out.

I just received my pick-a-brick order, with lots of ice-cream! So I decided to bash something together quickly.

"A jetpack... So tempting! The shopkeeper won't mind if I take it, will he?"

Spelunky 2 - one of the greatest computer games ever. With randomly generated levels and huge variety of mechanics, it's an endless source of chaotic entertainment.

I've spent many hours playing it instead of building MOCs. With this build, I'm killing two birds with one stone!

My entry for the "Replicate your heroic minifigures in battle!" contest on LEGO Ideas!

This deceptively simple Jetpack Testing Tower was built using the A.N.G.L.E., the Advanced Non-linear Geometry Laboratory Equipment.

This is sort of a WIP shot, as I've been playing around with building Escher's waterfall in LDD. I like how Escher uses figures in his pictures to lead the eye and also tell stories.

Minx in beach mode

The Broadsword was a project I started awhile back when I was first designing the Lancer, I was trying to build a jetpack for it and found some arms form some old Alpha team sets that made a pretty cool thruster pack! However I didn’t feel that the yellow color quite went with the lancer's theme so I set it aside for a later project. After deciding that I did not have any mechs that could accommodate this design I decided to build a new one for the jetpack, one that would be more humanoid (like the lancer) and maybe have a sword. It got pushed to the back of a long line of projects for awhile and when I finally decided to work on it I decided to add a bit of "gundam" styling to the design as well as building the cockpit similar to BT's from titianfall 2,. then I discovered I really didn’t have very many yellow "plating" parts and so I decided to start working in LEGO Digital Designer. Incidentally I ended up designing so much in LDD, I started posting screen shots and eventually renders as WIP pics. This seemed pretty popular on Instagram (you can go see them at www.instagram.com/deadglitch71/) so I kept going until I had built the entire mech in LDD (which is unusual for me). After that I constructed the skeleton to test joint functionality/weighting, made a few improvements to the model and then had to order a bunch of parts to get it plated and finished. The whole experience was interesting, I'm getting used to LDD enough to be comfortable to work in it but its hard to check against my current inventory when designing and I end up using a lot of parts I don’t actually own (I had to make 4 bricklink orders for the Broadsword) but then again it does let me use parts I don’t have so it's a back and forth thing.

I borrowed some design ideas for the sword from www.flickr.com/photos/velocites/ I hope he doesn't mind

I'm not going to make the usual Bio for this mech because I really don’t feel that this one will "fit in" with the rest of mecha, even in a prototype/concept sense like I did with the artillery piece

I did measure it and it would stand at 48ft high, scaled to the minifig (which I made form some exo-force sets to go with the gundam theme)

Found in Old Car City, USA. Located in White, Georgia on the 411 Highway. A massive junkyard in state of arranged decay where the cars are slowly being taken back into the earth.

Can't believe I buy this same figure again, just for the gears and slightly better paint jobs...

It's inspired from jet troopers.
