September 1997. This Wiltax Ford Transit was new to Southern Vectis in 1985, so I suppose it was elderly for a Transit. Don't understand the significance of the poster on the side - nor why Santa features on the side of the hotel!

It was heads down through Ventnor and then waterproofs...we were heading for our pick up point at Ventnor Botanic Gardens
Because of a road closurer at Lynn Farm, service 33 (33a) was on diversion, turning in the Haven Street Railways car park to return to Newport via Wootton.
