This is a sample invitation I made for a bridal shower. Flat invitation measuring approximately 4" x 9" made with dark brown cardstock, ivory linen cardstock, two coordinating patterned papers and ribbon wrapped around the card. Perfect for a fall shower/party. I love it when the finished product actually resembles the vision I had in my head.
Angeles de Medellin works within Colombia's displaced communities living in the mountains above Medellin.
Latest figures show that some 89,000 people were displaced within Colombia during the first half of 2011 (CODHES, 2011). The department of Antioquia - home to Medellin - was the region with the highest expulsion and arrival rates, and Medellin alone received some 15,000 displaced people.

My grandparents' wedding invitation card, on thick heavily embossed cream card with ivyleaf and rose motifs. Originally it was tied together with a watered silk cream ribbon. The LL monogram is metal and there are traces of the original silver.
I got Ariel today. I ordered her online on release day, October 27, 2018. She is #2047 of 4500. She and the box arrived in perfect shape. However, the invitation card has slipped down in the plastic sleeve, and won't stay up. I love her face and hair, but her dress is a bit too gaudy for my taste, although it is appropriate for an 80's girl. Her hair is stiff at the ends to keep its curl, so it got a little messy when I broke it up to even out her hair in the back. I cut off the rubber band securing the purse string to her shoulder. I had to use a little tape to keep it from sliding off her shoulder afterwards. I show her boxed, during deboxing, and fully deboxed. I have her now on my desk, right next to me as I type this. It is convenient that I got her just before the next one, Tiana, is released tomorrow.

I'm making invitations for my cousin's friend's daughter...I was just playing around with different ones to see which one she selects.
I can't believe I made 5 cards. I spent all morning making these. I think this is the most cards I have made in the past 9 months. I have been in a stamping rut.
A wedding invitation card I designed for my friends Dale and Yvette. This took me a lot more time than I could afford but I was so glad I did it. It was a lot of fun

The USS-Missouri (BB-63), known as the Mighty Mo or Big Mo, is a United States Navy Iowa-class battleship. Ordered in 1940 and commissioned in 1944, it was the last battleship built by the United States. In the Pacific Theater, she fought in the battles of Iwo Jima and Okinawa, before serving as the site of the surrender of the Empire of Japan to end World War II. She fought in the Korean War from 1950 to 1953, before being decommissioned in 1955. Reactivated and modernized in 1984 as part of the 600-ship Navy plan, the Missouri provided fire support during Operation Desert Storm in 1991. Finally decommissioned in 1992, she remained on the Naval Register until her name was struck in 1995. In 1998, she became a museum ship moored at Foxtrot 5 Pier on Ford Island in Pearl Harbor.

Goal: Develop an invitation card and the ticket for the annual fundraiser.
Audience: Businesses, church and community leaders.
Direction: This year's theme was "Golf" - therefore the collateral materials had to represent some elements of that, while still expressing the purpose behind this event, which it is to raise funds to send kids to camp.
Project: Logo design, artwork, and collateral pieces.

An invitation to the yearly Chinese New Year Garden Party at Istana.
This year's invitation card is rather artistic, comparing to the previous ones.
Well, so the art inspired and motivate me to do a shoot for this specially given invitation card.
This exhibition was held during July and August 2017 in the "FONOTECA NACIONAL", Francisco Sosa 383, Barrio de Santa Catarina, Coyoacán, Ciudad de México.
I had an honor to make the wedding invitations for a friend of mine... it was a winter wedding so we wanted the card to be a bit wintery. So... I created these... :)

The interior of the invitation card I received, I should mentioned, the invitation card that I need to collect.
Well, it's a collection of the signature(s) of the PM and his Cabinet Colleagues!
Can you recognise them all?
This particular yearly event marks another milestone in my lifelong journey and experience(s).
Times is bad as always for me, attracting bad luck, but then, somehow I got to go through them; face them off.
Kudos!
