I've been sitting on this design for a while. I potentially built them for a friend.

► █░▓ ≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈≈ INVICTUS I / ʀᴀɴsᴛ - ʙ, commercial inland vessel, rushes downstream against the setting Sun. Taken 26 minutes before the astronomical sunset. It was a very nice clear sunny afternoon altogether, but a large cloud front above the North Sea blocked the actual sunset during the last 15 minutes. Behind the ship lies busy Merwede bridge, supporting the shortest line from Amsterdam to Brussels and Paris.

Lumix G90 / 12-35mm f2.8 zoomed in to 33 mm (66 mm the full-frame equivalent). Overexposed ⅔ of a stop. Handheld with support. Shutter speed priority 1/640 of a sec resulting in f/2.8 at ISO 250. WB manual (cloudy). Sooc jpeg edited in Photos 10.0. Uncompressed, cropped to 16:10 format.

discovering some old ilford negatives HP5 i think .. people were always my favourite subject when I travelled and this was a candid of a man in the street drinking tea/chai ..
I left the grain in .. i do like the grainy feel of monochrome .

LPG Tanker Eco Invictus seen on the River Mersey, 13.03.2019, anchored in the Middle Deep awaiting the next High Water. She had missed the earlier lock at Eastham due to bad weather, so went to anchor to shelter from the weather.
Vessel was ex Kaarsto, Norway for Stanlow on the Manchester Ship Canal.
The Middle Deep is a safe anchoring area between the Garston Channel and the Eastham Channel of the River Mersey.
