Every person that works to provide for themselves, their families or others needs to be treated with dignity in the workplace. Why should anyone have to explain this? Here in Yosemite National Park; they must have expected me to leave my dignity at the gate. Here you are harassed at work by your coworkers, which some can be your neighbors, then your harassed in your living quarters by anyone that may be recruited. Not one person here, is held accountable and will continue this cycle of hate.
I'm trying to make this a better park for all that visit, work and live here. What are my managers doing?
Workplace mobbing is real. We have enough hate in this world, we don’t need it in the workplace too. When did we come to the point that we allow this?

Taken with my little Kodak 4MP Point and shoot for the Townsville Flickr groups October challenge " Cameras"
Main camera is my OLYMPUS E-30 with the 70-300mm and the little bloke is an OLYMPUS Trip 35.
The Trip 35 is a 35mm compact camera, manufactured by Olympus. It was introduced in 1967 and discontinued, after a lengthy production run, in 1984.
I actually thought of calling this image "Intimidation" but my wife came up with the "Taxi Driver" quote lol.
I was editing shots on the computer at home when I noticed something small moving in the ceiling.
It turned out to be not one, not two, but three adult male zebra spiders (Salticus scenicus) walking around quite close to each other.
I got my hopes up that they would get close enough to each other to engage in some display of intimidation or maybe even doing a bit of wrestling with those huge chelicerae the Salticus males grow - but unfortunately it didn't happen.
I picked up this one to try and move him, but he immediately jumped off my hand (while I was standing on a chair) and lowered himself down on the desk and began exploring there.
To no surprise to anyone I had my camera ready and managed a couple of shots with the MP-E65mm (at 2.7:1 magnification) which isn't the easiest with a Salticidae on the move.
The background is boring, but it also isolates the spider completely which is nice in its own right.
Perhaps this is the same specimen as the one that was eating a baby jumping spider right outside two weeks later? www.flickr.com/photos/tinyturtle/49883601297/

The rain and low clouds made for great photography. I spent the whole day out taking photos. Its still cold and wet today, I spent it editing. As I did; my neighbors and housing staff spent the day harassing me. They are stomping pass my room, at my door, slammed pots, pans and dishes. Pounding on things, laughing and fake coughing at my door. You know the type, we’ve been seeing a lot of them on the evening news. When you speak out and address the corruption and cover-up in Yosemite National Park, nothing is held back to remove you. It’s a canopy of hate and corruption. This is what Yosemite’s Mobbing Community is doing during a Pandemic. Wouldn’t you say so Michael, Cicely.

A snowy owl on a post, another on a silo less than 300 meters away and a third flying over the other 2!
A lot of nervousness from whoever was on the post. A first flight to show him that he is there but coming back halfway.
The next flight will be the right one and the air battle begins!
He will return to his post and make multiple intimidation flights. Always back on his post! On my side, just waiting for the next flight!

Sunbitterns are found near forested streams in the foothills and lowlands of Central and South America. They feed primarily on insects and aquatic invertebrates, which they glean from rocks or catch with a quick thrust of their long, pointed beak. In appearance, they are something like a cross between a rail and a small heron. Although these birds can often appear quite cryptic with their heavily-barred plumage, spreading their wings and tail reveals the spectacular sunburst pattern for which they are named, and which plays an important role in intimidation displays.

United States Government Retaliation
This was very predictable. In my last post yesterday; Part 27, I mentioned the Air Force Jet, from Luke Air Force Base, diving at our Motorhome. I posted it yesterday. So, today, I fire up the grill, wait for the coals to get hot. As I’m waiting on the coals; the C-130, you see in the picture, flies directly over us. It’s way too far from Luke Air Base, to be that low. But, here it is, flying directly over Koda, and I. Shaking the earth like thunder, as it passes. I took this with my cell phone, while setting in a chair, directly outside the Motorhome. Now, the F-16, that dove at the Motorhome on the 3-17-23, knew exactly what they were doing. Each time, I went into the Motorhome to get something for the grill; a fast, low flying plane would come out of nowhere, and buzz directly over us.
We also had someone turn on 3 different lights, in the Motorhome this afternoon. I mentioned perps doing that, too, in my post yesterday. I’m used to this kind of crap; knowing how predictable these Bottom Feeders are. I’m not saying everyone in our government, or military; are involved. Things like this, come from high places. The pilot, may have just been following orders, diverting his, or her, fight path. Many times; people are unaware, they are given certain instruction, intended for a Targeted Individual. Victims, that are new to these types of conspired events, often think all are involved. When it’s not the case. Then, you have those so eager to hate; they’ll wait all day for a target to be exposed. These are the ones so proud of their narcissism. They’re the ones brandishing the American flags, getting right in the Target's face. Knowing they are backed by people in high places. This is why, this country has been going to shit. This is how, so many are pushed beyond their mental comprehension.
I have an appointment tomorrow, at a VA facility. I know exactly what is coming, and know, how not to react. Unfortunately, there are Bottom Feeders, in every sector, of the United States. This is what this country has been overwhelmed by. Bottom Feeders, willing to do anything to be noticed, advanced, excepted.
As I type this, the local Village Idiots, are revving up their big trucks, zooming by. If you’re a victim of Gangstalking; violence is not the answer. You don’t have to tell me how difficult it is. We need to expose these parasites, for what they are. We need to let the world know; how corrupt, our legislators, administrators, and agency directors, really are. Know, that you are not alone. There are thousands, and thousands of Targeted Individuals, in this country. Many, are so terrified, so overwhelmed; they don’t know where, or who to turn to. You are not alone, remember that.

I’ve been working with my own landscape presets. This is 9 images, bracketed in 1 stop increments, layered in Photomatix Pro 6, final edit in Lightroom CC. Lightrooms new Dehaze and Texture sliders; really clean up the detail in landscape photos. This Memorial Day weekend, if you would like to learn some truths about Yosemite National Park, about America; take a look, read and listen through my photostream. When it comes to lies, threats and intimidation he claims Freedom of Speech. When called to testify to the Truth, he pleads the 5th.
Yesterday marked the now annual discovery of the new corn cob bird house/feeder by the neighborhood squirrels. By the end of the day, after much scrambling, bickering, chasing off and on the deck, and high level pillaging, every kernel of corn had been consumed...or at least the germ, for, as you can see, that is the only part eaten, the balance remaining as a mess on the floor.
As you can also see, this frenetic activity, at various times occupying the attention of between 8-10 squirrels of both the black and grey clans battling each other for the spoils, did not go unnoticed by another member of the household who was a bit disconcerted by the unusual amount of commotion outside her door. Upon being released to investigate further, one of the squirrels walked boldly up to within a foot of her before moving on. Her reaction was somewhat quizzical as tho she expected a bit more of an intimidation response, so she sheepishly retreated back into the house.
With breeding season approaching these two male Northern Shovelers start doing some "smack talk" to impress the ladies. It didn't seem to work.
Nijō Castle (二条城 Nijō-jō) is a flatland castle in Kyoto, Japan. The castle consists of two concentric rings (Kuruwa) of fortifications, the Ninomaru Palace, the ruins of the Honmaru Palace, various support buildings and several gardens.
The 3,300-square-meter (36,000-square-foot) Ninomaru Palace (二の丸御殿 Ninomaru Gōten) consists of five connected separate buildings and is built almost entirely of Hinoki cypress. The decoration includes lavish quantities of gold leaf and elaborate wood carvings, intended to impress visitors with the power and wealth of the shōguns. The sliding doors and walls of each room are decorated with wall paintings by artists of the Kanō school.
The castle is an excellent example of social control manifested in architectural space. Low-ranking visitors were received in the outer regions of the Ninomaru, whereas high-ranking visitors were shown the more subtle inner chambers. Rather than attempt to conceal the entrances to the rooms for bodyguards (as was done in many castles), the Tokugawas chose to display them prominently. Thus, the construction lent itself to expressing intimidation and power to Edo-period visitors.
The building houses several different reception chambers, offices and the living quarters of the shōgun, where only female attendants were allowed. One of the most striking features of the Ninomaru Palace are the "nightingale floors" (uguisubari) in the corridors that make a chirping sound when walked upon.[4]
Some of the rooms in the castle also contained special doors where the shogun's bodyguard could sneak out to protect him.
It is one of the seventeen Historic Monuments of Ancient Kyoto which have been designated by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site.
**No photos allowed inside of the Palace, you should see those buildings' design and the paintings displayed. One of the national treasure in Japan. It is a very impressive palace, my 2nd time of visits. **

The United States of America, is going the wrong way. Has been for decades. Stop the hate, the mobbing, the division; start acting like adults.
If you have trouble dealing with your anger, here are a couple of suggestions:

The giant tortoise reaches sexual maturity at about 40 years of age. From January through August, toward the end of the rainy season, the male begins to sniff the air, searching for a female’s scent. He will posture and heave competitive males to demonstrate his dominance, and then he will commence the quest for a female mate. Once a female is found, he chases her down and begins a unique style of courtship that involves intimidation. He knocks against her with the front of his shell and bites at her feet until she draws her legs in, which immobilizes her. At that point he mates with her.
The saddle-backed tortoises have saddle shaped shells with a high notch above the head, allowing their necks to reach up higher to eat vegetation off trees and bushes. These are found in the drier and more arid of the islands, where there is less vegetation on the ground.

I’ll start with how I achieved this image. I took 9 images in 1 stop increments, in RAW format. I did this using the camera’s shutter release button. I wanted to capture the wildflowers in as much detail as I could, there was a slight wind, but calmed a bit as the sun was setting. With a lot of landscape I do I use a wireless shutter release, but 3 shot burst bracketing, is a lot faster and you’ll get less blur and ghosting from vegetation. I found this place in advance, set up and waited to be absorbed by the beauty and color that you see. I took many, many sets of 9 shots, different angles, compositions, f stops and ISOs. I layered the 9 images in Photomatix Pro, then did final edit in Lightroom CC.
When I got home, I was met by the usual Yosemite Mobbers/Haters, gloating and baiting, as I walk through the Hall of Hate. When I start my processing; I’ll fist bring my images up in Nikon’s View NX2. I do this to view and select the images and sets to work with. As I do this, I keep notes on the images that I want to use. Remember, I took a butt load of pics. I’ll copy the ones I want and put into a separate folder. With this image, I selected 6 sets, of 9 bracketed images, to work from. These are all in RAW format. I will open Photmaitx Pro 6; from there you can Drag and Drop, or Browse and Load. I select Browse and Load. Once there in the Photomatix window, look to the right top shaded area. Click on the small downward arrow, then select Details. This will place your pics in a list, instead of icons and is much easier to select the 9 pics of each set. Once you highlight the 9 pictures, press open and follow the steps. There are plenty of Tutorials on Photomatix and it’s an easy program to work with. I’ll save the image in TIFF format, Photomatix will save it in the same folder. I will take only the finished Photomatix images that I want to work with and place them to a new folder. I do this because, I do my final edit in Lightroom and I don’t want to fill my Lightroom libraries with a bunch of RAW images that I don’t use. You can edit your pics in any program that will except TIFF format. I save in TIFF to retain as much uncompressed data as possible.
Now that I have these pics in their own folder, I will bring that folder up in Lightroom CC. I did no color editing with this image. I did a little Shadow reduction, added a little Clarity, Dehaze, Vibrance and a light Vignette. I used my Nikon D600 and Bower (Samyang) 35/1.4 at f8, ISO 640. Folks, this is what Crazy can do; the Yosemite Mobbers/Haters want you to think I’m Crazy. And for listening pleasure, you can hear what Crazy Really Is; with the other Post title “No Boundaries” Those here in Yosemite’s Mobbing Community, have none. People; Gang Stalking, Community Stalking and Workplace Mobbing are real. Here in Yosemite National Park; they have these Toxic, conspired forms of spreading hate perfected and some are even rewarded.

Thank you and Flickr for giving me the opportunity to expose the Truth. Doing so, is becoming more dangerous each and every day, in the United States.
This Great Blue Heron flying down the Sumas River spots a couple other Great Blue Herons and lands and puts on a strut and a feather display. It is September so I do not expect these kind of displays for breeding purposes until the spring. Usually if one Great Blue Heron spots another in its territory it is much more direct in chasing it away. Not sure what it was all about but it was impressive.
