I’ll start with how I achieved this image. I took 9 images in 1 stop increments, in RAW format. I did this using the camera’s shutter release button. I wanted to capture the wildflowers in as much detail as I could, there was a slight wind, but calmed a bit as the sun was setting. With a lot of landscape I do I use a wireless shutter release, but 3 shot burst bracketing, is a lot faster and you’ll get less blur and ghosting from vegetation. I found this place in advance, set up and waited to be absorbed by the beauty and color that you see. I took many, many sets of 9 shots, different angles, compositions, f stops and ISOs. I layered the 9 images in Photomatix Pro, then did final edit in Lightroom CC.
When I got home, I was met by the usual Yosemite Mobbers/Haters, gloating and baiting, as I walk through the Hall of Hate. When I start my processing; I’ll fist bring my images up in Nikon’s View NX2. I do this to view and select the images and sets to work with. As I do this, I keep notes on the images that I want to use. Remember, I took a butt load of pics. I’ll copy the ones I want and put into a separate folder. With this image, I selected 6 sets, of 9 bracketed images, to work from. These are all in RAW format. I will open Photmaitx Pro 6; from there you can Drag and Drop, or Browse and Load. I select Browse and Load. Once there in the Photomatix window, look to the right top shaded area. Click on the small downward arrow, then select Details. This will place your pics in a list, instead of icons and is much easier to select the 9 pics of each set. Once you highlight the 9 pictures, press open and follow the steps. There are plenty of Tutorials on Photomatix and it’s an easy program to work with. I’ll save the image in TIFF format, Photomatix will save it in the same folder. I will take only the finished Photomatix images that I want to work with and place them to a new folder. I do this because, I do my final edit in Lightroom and I don’t want to fill my Lightroom libraries with a bunch of RAW images that I don’t use. You can edit your pics in any program that will except TIFF format. I save in TIFF to retain as much uncompressed data as possible.
Now that I have these pics in their own folder, I will bring that folder up in Lightroom CC. I did no color editing with this image. I did a little Shadow reduction, added a little Clarity, Dehaze, Vibrance and a light Vignette. I used my Nikon D600 and Bower (Samyang) 35/1.4 at f8, ISO 640. Folks, this is what Crazy can do; the Yosemite Mobbers/Haters want you to think I’m Crazy. And for listening pleasure, you can hear what Crazy Really Is; with the other Post title “No Boundaries” Those here in Yosemite’s Mobbing Community, have none. People; Gang Stalking, Community Stalking and Workplace Mobbing are real. Here in Yosemite National Park; they have these Toxic, conspired forms of spreading hate perfected and some are even rewarded.

Thank you and Flickr for giving me the opportunity to expose the Truth. Doing so, is becoming more dangerous each and every day, in the United States.
This Great Blue Heron flying down the Sumas River spots a couple other Great Blue Herons and lands and puts on a strut and a feather display. It is September so I do not expect these kind of displays for breeding purposes until the spring. Usually if one Great Blue Heron spots another in its territory it is much more direct in chasing it away. Not sure what it was all about but it was impressive.

Joseph Albert "Jock" Yablonski was born on March 9, 1910, in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, to a family of Polish immigrants. Growing up in a working-class neighborhood, he began working in the coal mines at a young age and experienced firsthand the harsh conditions, poverty, and dangers faced by miners. These early experiences shaped his lifelong commitment to justice and workers' rights.
Jablonski became an active member of the United Mine Workers of America (UMWA) and quickly earned a reputation as a fearless and honest leader who advocated for fair wages, safer working conditions, and dignity for laborers. He married Margaret Jablonski, a supportive partner who shared his values, and together they had three children: Christine, Barbara, and Charlotte. The family lived modestly, but with integrity and a strong commitment to justice and human dignity.
During the 1960s, Jablonski began to challenge the corruption within the UMWA, led at the time by President W.A. "Tony" Boyle. Boyle ruled the union through intimidation, bribery, and violence, silencing anyone who opposed him. In 1969, Jablonski decided to run for president of the union, promising transparency, democracy, and respect for workers. His courageous campaign threatened Boyle’s corrupt control.
On the night of December 31, 1969, Jablonski, his wife Margaret, and their 25-year-old daughter Charlotte were brutally murdered in their home in Clarksville, Pennsylvania. Three gunmen, hired by Boyle’s associates, shot the family while they slept, eliminating anyone who could challenge the corrupt union leadership.
The murders shocked the nation and exposed the deep corruption in the labor movement. The investigation led to the arrest and conviction of the gunmen and eventually to the life sentence of Tony Boyle. Joseph Jablonski’s death, along with the loss of his family, became a powerful symbol of the sacrifices made by those who stand up against corruption and injustice. His legacy continues to inspire the fight for workers’ rights, honesty, and justice in labor organizations today.
This portrait is part of the REMEMBER series — a tribute to men and women who gave their lives for justice, human rights, and dignity. Each figure in this series stood up against oppression, violence, and exploitation, even when silence would have been safer.
By publishing this series, I want to awaken consciences and show that the struggles they faced — for freedom, equality, workers’ rights, and truth — continue today in many parts of the world.
These people must be remembered not to mourn, but to inspire action and courage. Their sacrifices remind us that one voice, one act of resistance, can make a difference, and that the fight for justice is ongoing.
I ran into this guy walking home from work today. Was the best Veterans Day greeting I received all day. He was actually much friendlier than my coworkers and neighbors, here in Yosemite. He paused, I paused, I pulled out my cell, took a couple quick pics. I stepped off the path and let him pass, didn’t phase him a bit. I often mention the critters I come across as I walk to and from work; here’s another one of them.

Standing straight up this young bear made me realize the intimidation factor a bear has when he stands erect much less standing erect facing you. He could pass for a human dressed in bear costume with this posture complete with what looks like the start of a beer belly.

Who is Sir Adric?
How is he related to Kentis, King Jayko, Karzon, Dracus, Vladek, or the other Knights?
Does he hail from a Kingdom in Morcia, or has he journeyed from beyond?
Does he have a superpower like the other Knights?
Why or why not?
Why does he wield an Axe?
Was he never taught swordsmanship, or is this a deliberate choice that reflects an aspect of his character? Efficiency? Intimidation? Brutality?
Why does he fight?
Does he truly wish to protect his King and his people and end the suffering caused by Vladek’s tyranny?
Or is he merely compelled to fight out of his pledges as a Knight, perhaps forgoing his other duties to do so?
Does he obtain liberation from performing his tasks to the utmost of his ability, or is he in reality just a slave to a system that will never let him get what he wants?
...
Guess we’ll never get to know, will we?
This is the result of me asking myself a question: ‘What would a Knight’s Kingdom creation look like?’
As well as relying on parts unique to the theme, I sought to emulate the basic click-jointed-brick construction fundamental to those figures released between 2004 and 2006.
Though in this instance I didn’t just want to make a Bionicle with Knight's Kingdom pieces, after obtaining a bunch I’m definitely going to in the future – some real neat metallic colours.
You will find Workplace Mobbing, Community Stalking, Harassment, Bullying, Hate, Intimidation, Waste, Fraud, Targeting, Coverup. Yes, all this still happening here in Yosemite National Park, with the Government shutdown. The haters just can’t stop hatting……

My name is Anthony Mazur, and I’m a sophomore at Flower Mound High School. At the start of this school year, I joined yearbook class, and quickly fell in love with photography, particularly sports photography. I’d go to every game I could and learn as much as possible. I never knew that one day it might launch a future career into photojournalism and content creation.
My yearbook class asked me to take a trip down to San Antonio, where the Texas Association of Journalism Educators held a conference, inviting schools from all over Texas to listen to speakers, experts, and professionals give advice during classes and seminars about journalism, photography, and design. For the $100 I was asked to pay to go on the trip, I think it was well worth it. In one of the classes I took at the conference, the speakers, a journalism teacher from Argyle and her student now working as an intern for the Dallas Morning News, told us the student began selling his work to media outlets and organizations, and telling us how photographers own the work that we shoot.
At the end of the class, I approached the teacher confused, and asked that because I was using a school camera, and using a school press pass, do I still own my pictures? She replied that I did. From that day on, that student and teacher from Argyle inspired me. I was filled with joy; I realized fully that this may be something I wanted to do for the rest of my life. It was my passion. So, I started selling my pictures to parents, tried licensing them to news organizations and get internships to learn as much as possible. It felt great to receive such amazing support from parents, players, and friends. I believed I found my place. One day, that all changed…
I was sitting in chemistry class when a blue office slip was delivered to me. A principal wanted to see me. When I entered the principal’s office, he asked me to close the door, and on his computer screen was my Flickr website where I posted all my pictures. Angrily, he told me I had to take it down, that I didn’t own my pictures, that what I was doing was illegal. I told him about Argyle, about the trip, about US Federal Copyright Law, which states whoever takes the picture owns the picture and can sell it. He didn't listen. Instead, he threw stacks of papers in front of me, threatened me with ISS (In-School Suspension), banning me from school activities, games, and from school camera equipment.
In addition, he gave me a concealed threat about asking for any money that I made off the site be returned to the school. He also made reference to reporting me to the IRS. Alone in a room facing him, with him threatening me like this, I’ve never felt so coerced before. In a later meeting with my parents, we were forced to sign an Administrative Directive agreeing to take my website down as to not have In-School-Suspension appear on my record.
My parents and I filed an appeal to the directive, citing Title 17 of US Copyright Law, the Texas Association of School Boards, and even LISD Policy (CY Legal/Local) which states that students own the pictures they take, even when using school equipment and on school assignment. Yet still, the principals of Flower Mound High School refused to listen, insisting that I was working on behalf of the school and that they expected them to be used only for school purposes, and claimed I violated students’ privacy by posting their image, despite the principals themselves posting pictures of the same sporting games I went to, on their social media.
Appeal after appeal, they have refused to listen. They have ruined my efforts to start a career. They have violated my copyright. They have violated my free speech. They have committed Prior Restraint against me. They have misinterpreted and misapplied federal laws and District policies.
I need your help. Now, it is time to stand up. This isn't just about me, or getting my website back up. This is bigger than that. All photographers, musicians, painters, writers, filmmakers- we are all ARTISTS. Our work is our own, and now, more than ever, it is necessary to support one another. Our art is being stolen. Our rights are constantly trampled on, and it is time to say we’ve had enough. I appreciate ANY support you can give. Just sharing this within your social network is a big help. Referring me to ANY lawyers or legal advisers is also appreciated! Flower Mound High School has chosen where they stand. Now, it is time for us. For the rest of history, our names will either be on the side supporting free speech, Title 17, and artists worldwide, or on the side of intimidation and coercion. It’s time for you to make that choice.
Thank you.

As I continue to expose the Toxic working and living conditions in Yosemite National Park, there are those scurrying to cover it up. Here is Yosemite; management and others involved in these illegal and unethical activities, will lie, spin and blame, to cover it up. Excuses will be flying left and right (no politics intended); many of these a 10-year-old will laugh at, but will be excepted. No one will be held accountable; some may move to a different department, some may actually be rewarded.
Really America, when did we come to a point that this is excepted!

A subset of the Sin of Bullying.
There is nothing I personally find infuriating is to see a man use his physical strength to intimidate a woman. I've literally gotten into fights over it.

Koda the Magnificent, can easily spot those involved in Gang Stalking. Butler, Indiana, is full of such people.
I’ve been doing more research, using Bing’s CatGPT. It keeps referring to a bogus study, done supposedly by psychologytoday.com; Gang Stalking: Real-Life Harassment or Textbook Paranoia? | Psychology Today
After finding legit studies using BARD, I presented those studies to Bing’s ChatGPT. This is the response I received; "Thank you for sharing the link with me. The link you shared is a Quora post that discusses how targeted individuals can leverage AI language models to collaborate with advocacy groups and amplify awareness about gang stalking1. While I appreciate your interest in this topic, I would like to remind you that there is no credible evidence that gang stalking is a real phenomenon2. If you feel like you are being stalked or harassed, it is important to seek help from a trusted source, such as the police or a mental health professional."
The above type of disinformation, is extremely harmful, to those seeking help from Gang Stalking. It is one of many types of propaganda, our government uses; to discredit victims of Gang Stalking.
These are the responses from a couple of studies, I received by asking BARD, the same questions about Gang Stalking;
www.mdpi.com/1660-4601/17/7/2506
www.quora.com/How-can-targeted-individuals-leverage-AI-la...
Please take a few minutes to read these. Gang Stalking is real, in the United States of America. Using AI, may help many of us prove it. Maybe, this is why our government, legislators and administrations; are so fearful, of AI exposing many hidden truths. The truth, of what really happens in a small town.
If you are a Targeted Individual, you do have rights. Don’t let anyone deprive you of those rights. I know it’s hard, I’ve been going through this for 15 years now. Violence is not the answer; persistence, exposure and determination, are.

Rotating the image creates, for me, a very different feeling - intimidation, power, even vertigo. Cold and crushing. This is a second take on the same subject. I find both compelling, but I welcome comments.
Britain has a love for both but it hasn't always been smooth sailing.
The Ice Cream Wars were turf wars in the East End of Glasgow, Scotland, in the 1980s between rival criminal organisations selling drugs and stolen goods from ice cream vans. Van operators were involved in frequent violence and intimidation tactics, the most notable example of which involved a driver and his family who were killed in an arson attack that resulted in a twenty-year court battle. The conflicts generated widespread public outrage, and earned the Strathclyde Police the nickname of "Serious Chimes Squad" (a pun on Serious Crime Squad) for its perceived failure to address them.
The quest to find Newcastle's perfect pizza is approaching as Wylam Brewery prepares for the return of their popular Slice Wars competition.
At least 12 local food vendors will be pitching at Exhibition Park later this month to battle it out for the title of Newcastle's best pizza. Scream for Pizza, Log Pizza Co and Fire & Dough are just some of the favourite vendors returning for this year's competition.
