Tattoos are a big part of many people's lives, either when they are done just to decorate a part of the body or when they have an extra role, like keeping a memory alive or saying something that can't be said in words.
This projects sees them as a way to keep track of your life.
There are three models with a full body cover, with several connections between them
and tattoos depicting some aspects of their lives.
The typography writes "Interesting Pasts" emphasizing all the above.

We rented this house for a couple of weeks in Palomino, Colombia. It was being looked after by a friend of the woman and not necessarily intended to be rented. So we found some interesting things, like a bat we named Good who lived in the second bedroom, and a hammock that we were able to string up between the roof support beams. I sometimes forget to take pictures of 'just living' and not always a beautiful landscape, and so I love this picture.

Interesting hues from the old cypress siding after I removed the shingles, scraped the paint then wiped some linseed oil on them.
In monsoon, u get quite a lot of mushrooms sprouting at odd places!
This one is erupting right out from a electricity wooden pole, XD
There are other mushrooms too inside the hole but only this one made it out in the open to face the sun, single and proud...! :)
Taken in one of the villages where i work!
couldn't quite get the effect i desired once again, the mushroom is still overexposed! N i had worked on it for like 1 week trying and re-trying!

I have never seen a self checkout quite like this before, I’ve seen something similar at Walmart, but without the conveyor belt. They way it’s designed reminds me of a check out design Kroger tested about 15 years ago where the customer put their products in a machine that looked like a TSA scanner and they had baggers at the end. They were called Advantage Checkouts and were tested in some Cincinnati Marketplace stores.
I am unsure of when this Kroger opened, but if I were to guess it would be the somewhere between late 1995 and 1999. The site of this store was once home to a 9500 series Kmart store that opened on October 4, 1979 and closed on February 12, 1995.

I found several large, interesting looking cacti like this one. Eagle Point. West rim of the Grand Canyon. July 18th 2011. Arizona, USA.
I still do not have my camera back from being repaired, but it is now supposed to be done this Friday. Whew, talk about a test of patience! Anyway, while looking back through my set of shots from a recent Robin encounter, I again came across one that (to me anyway) clearly shows a hinged lower beak on this Robin. I still cannot find anything online about this, but to my untrained eye, it looks like the purpose of this beak structure is to help hold food and perhaps help it on its way down the gullet. I am looking forward to finally going out shooting again this weekend. Hope all my Flickr friends are doing well!

Set out for a Saturday hike in Kananaskis, but found ourselves in Lake Louise instead.
Since neither of us had ever been on the Lake Louise Gondola, that was our first order of business.
There was lots of great info and displays in the interpretive centre.
Recently in and out of Explore/Interestingness 500. Thanks everyone!

Interesting to see these grapes in different stages of ripening, it appears, with the different colors.
