So, a few weeks ago I picked up what appeared to be a never used polaroid land camera still in it's box. I got a few tips from Tim Ho on how to get it in working shape. A couple of things from ebay and a little work and we have success!

A present from a dear friend, full of amazing Polaroids. I'm certainly going to get a lot of inspiration from this, thus it makes me very happy :)

Dhokla is an integral part of Gujrati menu and is loved and eaten in almost all parts of India. We make it quite often and enjoy it as evening snack along with Samosa and Chai (Tea).

There are basically two versions of dhokla. One made from Besan and other from Chana Dal. Here I present an easy recipe to make Dhokla with Besan (Gram Flour).

Although, besan again is a product of Chana Dal itself but the end product tastes a bit different when the ingredient is different!
