In here I used instant korean noodle, nappa cabbage, mizuna, shiitaki mushrooms, boiled egg and home cooked chicken stock. *MIZUNA is a Japanese vegetable with baby arugula taste (in my opinion).** Over cooked noodle is a sin, just like an over cooked pasta!!!
It's an instant tent. You pull it out of its circular bag and throw it on the ground, and it's open. Then you just have to shove in a few tent pegs and you're done. Great! Until the day comes when you have to pack it up again . . . We practised, during the week before, and I managed to fold it up properly at least once. so I felt quite confident. As I started the process, one of the morris men stood by, and said he'd like to watch as he'd never been able to fold up his own one. I replied that he might have a long wait.

I know instant noodles aren't the most nutritious of meals, but Mama Creamy Shrimp Tom Yum flavoured noodles are a cheap guilty pleasure. I've had all kinds of instant noodles growing up as a kid, but this is by far the best (the only brand I eat now). Spicy, tangy and slurp-a-licious!
