The Greater Beth-el Temple church family welcomed Elder Calvin J. Gould, Sr. and his wife, First Lady Valerie Gould, as our new pastor and wife. Our Pastoral Installation Service with the theme Serving God’s People: A New Day, A New Beginning, was held on Sunday, June 30, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. Our speaker was Bishop Edward C. Price. Elder and First Lady Gould are excited and happy to serve Greater Beth-el Temple and the Omaha metropolitan community.
May the Lord bless them both in moving the church forward through Jesus Christ, our Lord.

The Panta Rhei Project participated in the Freelance Star Sponsored Make a difference day. We created an art installation of 650 coat hangers representing the 650 homeless people in Fredericksburg and collected coats to fill the coat hangers. The collected coats are to be donated to the Thurman Brisbane Center in Fredericksburg.

Installation of saturated buffer in Story County, Iowa, on land farmed by Justin Hanson. A water control structure is a key component; it either diverts water from field tile to the perforated tile that runs parallel to the stream--which saturates the buffer-- or allows water to bypass the buffer, depending on how many panels are inserted into the structure to divert flow.

Abstract:
God's Green Earth is a world that was created by God and it is beautiful and peaceful. The aim of this exhibition is to show what has happened to god's creation because of mankind. The God’s green Earth that used to be beautiful, is now destroyed by the humans temptations.
Materials:
Materials include commercial objects such as paper, cloths, water colour, spray pain, legal drugs (as illegal drugs), powder, assemblages of some found objects.

Overview:
Point of installation is of irresponsibility, carelessness and laziness, leading to social failure as represent by models of both human and non-human elements in the show that would directly and indirectly relate to it. These would expressed in sarcastic way. Humour would also be part of the installation.
Note: The use of the space
- outside the window, where can you see beautiful green scenery = the past (Green Earth)
- inside the room = the present
-the elevator = the future (Hopefully, better)
