In this image I wanted to experiment with different positioning again. I had Ella face the ground covering her face to create a sense of insecurity and lack of confidence. I made the contrast higher to make it feel as if she was being sucked into the darkness and perhaps being consumed by her anxiety.
Many people claim to want change but when the opportunity arises to do it, just the fear and insecurity prevailing.
It is understandable therefore become means deconstructing the foundations on which our ego and our personality settled, in order to act in the world.
And even though these bases are false, and not allow us to express our real being, become so accustomed to them, which ultimately became a kind of protective cover, behind which we hide and where we feel comfortable.
But what if, despite this, the anguish and suffering are present? Search the transformation will require us not only will, but determination and courage.
Many will be shown the tricks of the mind to flee the quest for liberation. The illusions that we hold and that will be used as excuse to escape the walk to meet our essence, are numerous.
Fear will take the form of pressing engagements, guilt, disbelief. But he who endures the desire to succeed himself, will certainly attain the goal.
The journey is not smooth, and there will be times when the desire to give up and return to the comfort zone will predominate. On these occasions, we must remember that achieving inner peace is possible only for those who fully believe in life and his generosity, and they are sure it always rewards those who indulge in complete confidence.
".... As his ego becomes stronger, you will lose yourself. You may be struggling and coming out victorious, not knowing absolutely that this is not a win but a loss. It teaches to all children to fight in different ways. Competition is a struggle, be the first class is a struggle to win a trophy in a game is a struggle ... These things are preparations for his life. Once in a fight election, fights for cash to fight for prestige. The whole society is based on fighting, competition, fight, the placement of each individual against the whole.
... 'Delivery' means 'no competition, no fight, no fight' ... simply relax with existence, wherever it leads. Without trying to control its future, without trying to control the outcome, but allowing them to happen ... without even thinking about them. Delivery is at present; the consequences are on tomorrow. And delivery is an experience so delightful ... a total relaxation, a deep synchronicity with existence.
The delivery is a totally different approach. Your first step is the abandonment of ego, remembering that you are not separate from existence, against whom, then, are struggling? You are not separate people: against whom, then, you're fighting? Against itself ... and this is the root cause of misery. Whether against whoever you're fighting, you're fighting with yourself - because there is no other.
... The delivery is a deep understanding of the phenomenon that we are part of one existence. We can not produce separate selves: we are one with the whole. And the whole is vast, immense. Your understanding will help you with any follow wherever he goes. You do not have a separate goal of the whole, and the whole has no goal. He is not going anywhere. He's just happening here.
Understanding the "delivery" simply helps you stay here without any goals, without any idea of achieving without any conflict, battle, fight, knowing that it would fight against himself - that is simply nonsense.
The delivery is a deep understanding.
It is not an act you should practice.
Any act is part of the fight game. What you have to do will be a struggle. The delivery is just understanding.
So, then, is a quiet relaxation, creep with the river, where he is uninterested in going, carefree that you can get lost ... no anxiety, no anguish ... because you are not separate from all, so whatever happens to happen, it will be good.
With this understanding, you will see that there is no mixing: understanding can not be mixed with ignorance, the insight into existence can not mix with blindness, awareness in itself can not mix with the unconscious-in -si.
And the delivery can not be mixed with different kinds of fighting - that's an impossibility.
Just let it sink into your heart and you will discover a new dimension in bloom, in which each moment is a joy, where every moment is an eternity in itself. "
