Ink&Clog Goes to Japan

Decided to have some fun with ink and the macro lens this weekend so I ran out to the art supply store and bought the stuff I needed. I'm having a really tough time nailing focus on this, so if anyone has any tips I'm all ears!

Strobist Info: 2 SB-600s at 1/8 fired at white foamcore approximately 18" behind a small clear plastic container. Fired via RF-602s.

Processing info. I took the shot I had, rotated it 90 degrees CCW, then duplicated it. Some levels adjustments, color balance, contrast, etc.

my latest typography sketches. these were fun to make, I got lost drawing the random shapes and lines.

India Ink at Springfest 2012

Here are the ink cartridges in my new Brother multifunction device. I can replace any one color as it runs out! I put a measuring tape across the door for a size comparison. This is the big machine, so the cartridges are larger than the ones in my mother's 8.5 x 11 unit.

Testing this thing out.

I wouldn't class myself as a huge Noodler's fan, but I have more of their ink than anyone else's. I like having the option of bulletproof ink should I need it.
