The Werregarenstraatje, a pedestrian street in the center of Ghent, is a graffiti-free zone. Officially, tagging is not permitted, but the practice is tolerated. This free zone was created during the 1995 Ghent Festivities for a graffiti project with a limited number of works on the walls. The street was soon renamed “the graffiti street”.

Every circle has two extreme points, one of them is the highest of the whole circle and the other is the lowest. Thats how each period in your life starts and ends no matter from each point you begin in the end you will end up in the point you are supposed to begin again. Life always works and will work in infinite circles..
This piece of art is called "Oändlig Förändring" (in English "Infinite Change") and is made by artist Oleg Nourpeissov.
After thousands of years of numerous observations, research and experiments, hypotheses and theories - the only thing we certainly know about the universe is that it is changing.
