Le pareti dolomitiche sono infinite, come le stelle. Ciascuno dei giganteschi atolli corallini fossili, che sfidano i cieli e i turbini, ne offre infatti numerose. Tutte diverse, ciascuna diversamente incisa dalle cesellature del tempo geologico, ciascuna con un colore e un verticalità proprie. Come un oceano fossile, in cui le onde di una tempesta siano state cristallizzate per sfidare la vanità e l'aspirazione all'onnipotenza dell'uomo ..... ..

For once, I had the first place of the bus, the best place for photos when the bus is driving, so i took advantage of it.
Here, the long straight line never seemed to end, and we drove straight to some pea-soup fog.
The weather was soon to change radically, as often in high mountains : we are at this point at over 4500 m (14763 ft) altitude.

Route infinie
Pour une fois, j'avais la première place du bus, le meilleur endroit pour prendre des photos lorsque le bus roule. J'en ai profité.
Ici, la longue ligne droite paraissait ne jamais se terminer, et on roulait tout droit vers la purée de poix.
Le temps n'allait pas tarder à changer radicalement, comme souvent en haute montagne : nous sommes à cet endroit à plus de 4500 m d'altitude.
