Virginia Governor Bob McDonnell signs a Statement of Support for the National Guard and Reserve Jan. 18 in Richmond flanked by Maj. Gen. Daniel E. Long, Jr., the Adjutant General of Virginia, and Roger Trout of the Virginia Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve. The Statement of Support confirms that Governor McDonnell joins other employers "in pledging to fully recognize, honor and enforce the Uniformed Services Employment and Re-Employment Rights Act, ensure that managers and supervisors will have the tools they need to effectively manage those employees who serve in the Guard and Reserve and that Virginia will continually recognize and support our country’s service members and their families in peace, in crises and in war". Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve is a Department of Defense agency established in 1972. The mission of ESGR is to gain and maintain employer support for Guard and Reserve service by advocating relevant initiatives, recognizing outstanding support, increasing awareness of applicable laws, and resolving conflict between employers and service members. ESGR volunteers provide free education, consultation, and if necessary mediation for employers of Guard and Reserve employees. (Photo by Cotton Puryear, Virginia Department of Military Affairs)

Increase Mather, and his son Cotton, were the preeminent intellectuals of Puritan New England. Ministers, theologians, writers, their influence was enormous. Unfortunately, they are associated forever with the Salem Witch Trials. Of all the major participants in the prosecution, only the Mathers never changed their minds or apologized. They went to this tomb feeling they had saved New England from a great Satanic crisis..
Increased Light reflection areas at comet 67P CG, due to Carbon dust surface layer cracks originated by funnel pressure tectonics or outgassing..
According to Quantum FFF Theory, Comet 67P C-G has an internal Hyperion/ Coral funnel structure (volcano alike, see below) in combination with Central dust and ice production (H2, O, (water) C and even N) As a consequence, 67P shows a rough surface (with craters, trenches and peaks of water ice blackened by carbon dust) continuously deforming and created by the dust and ice production from the inside hot electric point sources. ( dark matter black holes or glueballs) conclusion: Comet jets are assumed to be originated by this internal matter creation and not by solar radiation erosion.
Boulders are supposed to be broken mountain summits rolled down into lower craters.
The globular "rocky" shape around the Hyperion nucleus, seems to be an idication that this is a heated boundary layer and base for icy funnel creation of the ZPE energy driven system.

To accommodate an increase in employees and production, Suzy’s Cheesecakes decided it was time to move to a bigger building. They carefully considered over 100 other buildings and sites before committing to a vacant industrial property located in Oak Creek, conveniently situated and with expansive space, but in need of many retrofits to suit their business. Consolidated worked with Suzy’s to tailor a build-out with production, cooler and freezer space, state of the art equipment, mezzanine, and ample office and dock space. Now with their 44,000 square foot building they have quadrupled their baking, freezing and storage capacity.
“Consolidated led us through the process of remodeling an existing facility to be the site of our new headquarters. While we were working within the parameters of an existing building shell, their design incorporated all the cooler, freezer, production and finished product areas that we needed, as well as room to grow. Our schedule had a “no excuses” occupancy deadline, and Jeremy and Curt kept things running smoothly to hit our target. Even our subcontractors have told me what a smooth project this was. I’m an advocate and will be using Consolidated when we’re ready to grow again.”

This is a photograph from the 3rd annual running of the Trim AC 10 Mile Road Race and Fun Run which was held in Trim, Co. Meath, Ireland on Sunday 5th February 2017 at 12:00. The race attracted over 1,200 participants which shows a 100% increase on last year's participation. The event shows growth year on year mirroring the growing popularity of the race. The race started on the Trim/Athboy road on the town's ring road and proceded to take an anti-clockwise loop out towards the village of Dunderry and townland of Kilbride before returning back to the Trim Industrial Estate for the finish. The route is held on quiet country roads with some hills at 3, 6, 8 mile segments.

The weather for this year's race was perfect for racing. There was a hard frost overnight but this brought clear bright skies and crisp air. There was no real wind to speak of.
Waterstops were provided at the 4.5 and 7 mile marks on the course. All access roads were well stewarded. The event was sponsored by Bewleys 1840 and many local business establishments. Credit must go to the Trim AC team for their flawless organisation. If the first three years of this year are anything to go on then this race will continue to grow. For runners around the North Leinster area this 10 mile race serves as a perfect training progress stepping stone to the Bohermeen Half Marathon which will take place in March 2016 and is located only 15 minutes drive from Trim.

I want to download these pictures to my computer or device?
You can download this photographic image here directly to your computer or device. This version is the low resolution web-quality image. When you click on either of these you will be presented with the option to download the image. Remember just doing a right-click and "save target as" will not work on Flickr.
I want get full resolution, print-quality, copies of these photographs?
If you just need these photographs for online usage then they can be used directly once you respect their Creative Commons license and provide a link back to our Flickr set if you use them. For offline usage and printing all of the photographs posted here on this Flickr set are available free, at no cost, at full image resolution.

Let's get a bit technical: We use Creative Commons Licensing for these photographs
We use the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike License for all our photographs here in this photograph set. What does this mean in reality?
The explaination is very simple.
Attribution- anyone using our photographs gives us an appropriate credit for it. This ensures that people aren't taking our photographs and passing them off as their own. This usually just mean putting a link to our photographs somewhere on your website, blog, or Facebook where other people can see it.
ShareAlike – anyone can use these photographs, and make changes if they like, or incorporate them into a bigger project, but they must make those changes available back to the community under the same terms.
Above all what Creative Commons aims to do is to encourage creative sharing. See some examples of Creative Commons photographs on Flickr: www.flickr.com/creativecommons/
I ran in the race - but my photograph doesn't appear here in your Flickr set! What gives?
As mentioned above we take these photographs as a hobby and as a voluntary contribution to the running community in Ireland. Very often we have actually ran in the same race and then switched to photographer mode after we finished the race. Consequently, we feel that we have no obligations to capture a photograph of every participant in the race. However, we do try our very best to capture as many participants as possible. But this is sometimes not possible for a variety of reasons:
►You were hidden behind another participant as you passed our camera
►Weather or lighting conditions meant that we had some photographs with blurry content which we did not upload to our Flickr set
►There were too many people - some races attract thousands of participants and as amateur photographs we cannot hope to capture photographs of everyone
►We simply missed you - sorry about that - we did our best!
You can email us petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com to enquire if we have a photograph of you which didn't make the final Flickr selection for the race. But we cannot promise that there will be photograph there. As alternatives we advise you to contact the race organisers to enquire if there were (1) other photographs taking photographs at the race event or if (2) there were professional commercial sports photographers taking photographs which might have some photographs of you available for purchase. You might find some links for further information above.
Don't like your photograph here?
That's OK! We understand!
If, for any reason, you are not happy or comfortable with your picture appearing here in this photoset on Flickr then please email us at petermooney78 AT gmail DOT com and we will remove it as soon as possible. We give careful consideration to each photograph before uploading.
I want to tell people about these great photographs!
Great! Thank you! The best link to spread the word around is probably http://www.flickr.com/peterm7/sets

Cattle Breed Improvement
In Matabeleland North of Zimbabwe where Mrs Mphala survives with her husband and 2 grandchildren, livestock is the main source of economic activity. The breed of cattle predominantly found in that area is however smaller in frame, achieving low weight and fetching less prices on the market compared to the larger breeds. Through the project, Mrs Mphala is one of the beneficiaries that received a subsidy to purchase a Brahman pedigree bull that she has begun breeding with her cows in the hope of improving her breed. In addition to the subsidy the Mphla household also received training on animal husbandry and health and nutrition for the bull.
The black-tailed prairie dog (Cynomys ludovicianus) is a rodent of the family Sciuridae found in the Great Plains of North America from about the United States-Canada border to the United States-Mexico border. Unlike some other prairie dogs, these animals do not truly hibernate. The black-tailed prairie dog can be seen above ground in midwinter. A black-tailed prairie dog town in Texas was reported to cover 25,000 sq mi (64,000 km2) and included 400,000,000 individuals. Prior to habitat destruction, this species may have been the most abundant prairie dog in central North America. This species was one of two described by the Lewis and Clark Expedition in the journals and diaries of their expedition.
Black-tailed prairie dogs are generally tan in color, with lighter-colored bellies. They may have color variation in their pelt, such as dark fur on their back in black and brown tones. Their tails have black tips, from which their name is derived. Adults can weigh from 1.5 to 3.0 lb (0.68 to 1.36 kg), males are typically heavier than females. Body length is normally from 14 to 17 in (36 to 43 cm), with a 3-to-4 in (7.6-to-10.2 cm) tail. The black-tailed have black long claws used for digging. The body of the black-tailed prairie dog is compact, and the ears are small and close to the head.
The historic range of the black-tailed prairie dog was from southern Saskatchewan to Chihuahua, Mexico, and included portions of Montana, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Nebraska, Kansas, Oklahoma, Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. As of 2007, black-tailed prairie dogs occur across most of their historic range, excluding Arizona; however, their occupied acreage and populations are well below historic levels.
Black-tailed prairie dogs live in colonies. Colony size may range from five to thousands of individuals, and may be subdivided into two or more wards, based on topographic features, such as hills. Wards are usually subdivided into two or more coteries, which are composed of aggregates of highly territorial, harem-polygynous social groups. Individuals within coteries are amicable with each other and hostile towards outside individuals. At the beginning of the breeding season, a coterie is typically composed of one adult male, three to four adult females, and several yearlings and juveniles of both sexes. After the breeding season and prior to dispersal of juveniles, coterie size increases.

Increasing food stamp benefits for Rota and Tinian was the focus of my meeting this week with Ms. Audrey Rowe, who is in charge of all Department of Agriculture food and nutrition programs. The Commonwealth has collected data on food costs; and I have been encouraging Rowe’s agency to use that information as a basis for approving higher benefits. I asked Administrator Rowe to make a final decision on Rota and Tinian benefits this month, if possible.
Since 2008, when rapid increases in the prices for major grains helped to trigger outbreaks of civil unrest in more than 40 countries, scholars and policymakers have paid increased attention to the potential influence of global food prices on social and political instability. Compelling and provocative headlines have suggested that there is a direct relationship between food insecurity and conflict. However, we know from a conflict perspective that the story is always more complicated than those claims often imply. How does conflict affect food insecurity? How does food insecurity contribute to conflict? And how can development organizations effectively address both? Harvesting Peace: Food Security, Conflict, and Cooperation – the latest edition of ECSP Report – explores these complex linkages, drawing insights from scholarly work to help inform more effective programming for practitioners. Report author Emmy Simmons presents with commentary by Susan Bradley, Henk-Jan Brinkman, and Edward Carr.

Now that population is increasing, there is a lack of space for new homeowners, causing builders to expand the area in which people live. People are now living closer and closer to airport. Cities use to be a few miles away from an airport. The neighboring cities could not here the planes. Due to the expansion of cities architects have had to find new ways in which to make the noise from planes a little less loud. This photo is a bridge built by the Rhein-Main airport. The noise protector is there to decrease the sound by one to two percent. It only covers one side of the bridge; the side facing the airport. The noise protector has a slight curvature at the top of the hangar helps to reduce the sound more, since only one side is covered. Because of the exhaust coming from the cars, the other side is left open.

Increase your SALES with ZoomCharts!
ZoomCharts had an excellent time participating in the TechHub Rīga March Meetup on March 12, 2015, taking place at Kaļķu street 12/14, Rīga, LV-1050, Latvia.
ZoomCharts CEO and Co-Founder Janis Volbergs gave an engaging presentation on the startup path from idea, to market, to investment, and what it takes to build a product from the ground up and take it to a new level.
How did it all start?
A problem was spotted. There were no visualization libraries delivering truly interactive charts for touch enabled devices that were capable of working with big data.
And so the idea emerged. This was the right time to build such a library.
Why?
Because touch screen displays will become a $31.9 billion dollar market by 2018. Smart mobile sensor devices were used by 1.75 billion people in 2014. The Big Data market will grow exponentially (from $8.8 billion in 2013), to $48 billion in 2018. HTML5 adoption is wide enough and touch enabled devices are powerful enough to generate interactive visualizations.
The ingredients for a successful startup include:
1. A grand vision. ZoomCharts’ vision is to become the number one SDK for interactive chart development in web and mobile apps.
2. A realistic plan for execution and getting your vision implemented.
3. (Most importantly) A team, able to see the grand vision and execute the plan.
ZoomCharts started small, but focused. A vision was set, a core team of professionals was assembled, and a detailed business plan was derived, which led to a €200,000 seed investment.
The product was created in less than a year, and launched public downloads and a shop in March 2014.
In less than a year, the customer list grew to include companies such as TCI Business Capital, Hewlett Packard, D8 Corporation, Proteus Enterprise, Narus, SwissLife, Taykey, Derivitec, Sensors, Click & Pledge, Ryan Scientific, Inc., Booxs, Frostbyte Consulting, Image webdesign, Norbit, Helm, Zengo, Ense Group, RCS, Helbling, Loonloon, Fractalerts, Thinktecture, bitmama, KeeSystem, Trulia, Maxfone, and many more.
Increase your SALES with ZoomCharts!
ZoomCharts started with a €0 investment in dedicated marketing. A follow up investment of €500,000 raised in November 2014 enabled us to scale our team from 3 to 11, and get us moving forward fast.
Today, the ZoomCharts team has grown from 3 to 11, and has raised a total investment of €700,000. We’ve reached 40 paying customers, and growing, and there have been over 700 trials started, and growing.
Current challenges include brand building, marketing and sales, and incorporation into the US, including patents.
Despite the challenges, ZoomCharts is excited about the company’s future, which includes plans such as:
1. Raise €5-7 million to massively expand sales and marketing.
2. Expand the team to 40+ within the next two years.
3. Launch multiple SAAS solutions that would let a much wider audience take advantage of the benefits ZoomCharts provides.
We are proud to be part of ZoomCharts, and we are glad to hear that our customers love ZoomCharts as much as we do!
