Dinner at Inle Princess Resort, Inle Lake. I HAD to put on a photo of this; the food we had in Burma was excellent throughout, but this was exceptional, one of the nicest things I've EVER eaten - steamed chicken in coconut milk in banana leaves. I'm drooling just thinking about it!

Stereoscopic 3D pictures from Venice, Italy. Taken in October 2011 during our epic stereo journey through the south of Europe.

These are stereo anaglyphs. You will need red-cyan 3d glasses for watching.

The flowers are from the Nash Prairie.

The Nash Prairie is an on-going project that involves the Nash Prairie, located on the KNG Ranch in West Columbia.

My name is Nguyen Thi Thu Hang. I come from Dong Nai, Long Khanh. I’ve been living in Saigon since 2001.

When I came to Saigon, I only knew my cousin, and that I would live in his house for seven years. Three years ago my cousin introduced me to a company, where I started working, cooking meals for the company’s employees. Slowly people began to get to know me, and that’s how I got the first house-cleaning job. Now I work in four places.

Squirrels in Ann Arbor at the University of Michigan on an overcast and mild winter's day - Friday January 20, 2017. Got to see a squirrel in a cavity nest (over by Lorch) and had a climber. I probably should not encourage it on a wet, muddy day - my pants were definitely not as clean after that. Though he was trying to get to my Merlion that hangs on my camera bag!

In the lab, resources are being developed to enhance the resilience of the emerging bioenergy seed oil crop, penny cress, to climate change. Specifically, Alyssa Carrell is focused on utilizing microbes to increase penny cress's ability to withstand higher temperatures. This ties into other work to employ microbiomes to extend plant phenotypes to enhance their resilience to climate change.
