Textures from www.cgtextures.com/ . Great numbers of textures there. And also tutorials about texturing. I never read them, but just wanna share here. There are many tutorials about how to make textured photos, but here i wanna share a few links that i think really good and easy to understand

This part of the SE of Ireland was once a Norman stronghold, they first set foot here at nearby Bannow Bay in 1169. More info on the Norman Way here thenormanway.com/
You can't quite see it here, but the tidal Corock river flows just behind this bench. You can see it more clearly in the photo in the first comment box; this is the next blue bench along the river bank.

I acquired 4 Aeonium plants in a pot from my good old Dad the last time I was over visiting. They grew larger & more twisted. Eventually they flowered & the insects loved them so I left the pot outside the porch all Summer & basically ignored them. They don't need watering or tending to in any way.
Uploading for Smile on Saturday theme "nothing in focus". This pic makes my symmetry/order OCD very twitchy as I would never normally upload such an image (made deliberately out of focus). Still that's a good thing to challenge oneself I guess HSoS! 😊

Image composite. Dunes and tree are from Dubai, background mountain and arch from Wadi Rum, Jordan, Milky Way from Reunion Island.
Well, here is another creation. I am working on the same new process. I think this one has been perfected a little more. I am not sure. You be the judge. : ) This one was more work, but it was worth all the experiments that were necessary to bring it to this point. The bad thing is that I can't remember exactly what all the steps were. So this is probably a one of a kind.
