Mimosa frondlets get all tangled in the breezes, sometimes.. makes it seem all the more amazing that it doesn't happen more often.
Some Photoshopping to shift all the background colors closer to a more pure sky blue (and puffy clouds added, as if reflected in the lake waters)

This farm sits at the back of one of my favorite fishing holes. On Cranberry lake near Seeleys Bay, Ontario. Applied a Diana-Holga script fu and then a Duo Tone script set to cyano. Please view large.
So this morning, on a shoot with a friend of mine who also happens to be a graphic artist by profession, introduced me to this program that you can be an painter. This is my first effort with the program, but I think I might like it (and I will be the first person to admit, that I cannot draw or paint, its a good day if I can draw a stick figure! The only art I think I can do is from behind a viewfinder of a camera)....I promise I wont go overboard with it! Basically used a small oil brush on the tiger and a wide oil brush for the foreground and background (trying to keep the tiger in focus, and blurring everything else out).
Perhaps I should just stick with Photography! :|

Joei, one of the models at the Sept 28 Friday Night"Sketch and Shoot" at Durham's 305 South AntiMall. That week, the theme was Film Noir.
I just loved the fullness of shapes in this juxtaposition.

Stones from Lake Michigan and Superior, clear glass outdoor table, natural sunlight and shadows, other elements, slow-shutter app, and a bit of a jiggle and imagination used to create this photo. There are several others photos using same media, just variations. I used an app called Slow Shutter. It's so fun to mess with!
