I have a hellish week of classes this week but I am trying to do at minimum, one upload a week. Sound fair?
Much Love,

Here is good ol' tunnel view of Yosemite Valley. I was using a gradual ND Cokin filter when I stumbled upon a quite lovely sunset reflection behind me. Then all I needed was a little more framing and bending the filter and Whalah! A well exposed double-single exposure :)

I've decided to start making a sort of comic strip once I finish the build I'm working on right now (It'll be done soon, I promise!) So I did a practice run to see what it would kind of look like. I did this using Adobe Illustrator and PhotoShop. I might do one of these every week- it was pretty fun and simple.
This is a trace of dasnewten's Prometheus WIP.
Here I am again but just about 3/4 completed, today Friday I will be back to my usual self :)) Two days left until Advent festivities begin.

Homemade dulce de leche ice cream with vanilla and a few nibs of cocoa to add a crunchy effect. Super creamy.
Parmesan Risotto with fillet mignon. Risotto cooked with cheese broth, the mignon with tomato sauce, red wine, pepper, garlic, onion, herbs, paprika, thyme, balsamic and shoyu.

Finally got comp back, but busy the next few days, really I will be back for good soon!

Hi everyone! Yes, I am still alive. I know it's been over a year since I've posted anything, and it's been that long since I shot anything at all. I want to thank my contacts for staying with me, and I apologize for my absence. I hope to never take a break like this again and get back into living creatively. So what have I missed over the past year with all of you? I've missed everyone.
Sometimes we all need to 'unplug' / take a break from the World Wide Web. I wasn't gone a 100% but enough to focus on my family, my daytime job and my photography. I have to say it has been well worth it!!! Because I have had BIG, exciting things happening & I'm still in shock! I'd never guess these big company's would find my work. And no, it is not with Getty images which is probably why I am so excited.
So with that being said, I've been on cloud nine for the past few weeks :)
However, I'm still crazy busy with life itself and with more projects coming up but when I get a few extra mins, I'll jump on here to check out everyone's work. I feel like I've missed so much. :/ Well, I hope all my flickr friends are having an amazing weekend!!! I hope to be back very soon! :) - Sarah
It's so appropriate that the first iris I saw this year in the Detroit Zoo's iris garden is named "I'm Back".

Pasikuda Beach, Sri Lanka
Hey everyone, I'm back from a three week whirlwind trip around Sri Lanka.
Due to intermitent power, limited insurance and no roaming, I decided not to take my iPhone with me on the trip. All Sri Lanka photos were taken on my Canon 7D.
Apologies to all the iPhoneographers who were hoping for new images - more Melbourne pics are on the way shortly.
Hope you all enjoy the images, there a plenty more to sort through.
Looking forward to catching up on all your work.
Cheers
Misho

But I got a couple of tricks up my sleeve
I no longer need your attention, at ease
Finally, I'm back. Sorry for my long absence, but I was so busy with school and other stuff.
As you might noticed I failed the 365 but that's no reason to stop what I love.
This photo is from a shoot with Fiona the other day.
Hope you have a nice day, night, morning... :)
After weeks of floating around in the sky, having fabulous camera-less adventures, I realized that I was homesick. Not only did I miss the house, and my gang of friends... but I also found myself missing taking photos and posting them on Flickr. And, of course, I missed all of you lovely Flickrites.
So, after a few days of travel, I made my way home. And here I am! I may not post every day, but I will try to keep everyone posted from time to time. :]
