Chamois cress (Pritzelago alpina 'Ice Cube' syn. Hutchinsia alpina `Icecube' and Hornungia alpina), mid August. A low-growing evergreen perennial that produces fragrant white flowers.
Because it had just been taken out of the river, this ice block was clear. Once it is out in the air for a while it'll go opaque
