West Pond, Parsonsfield, Maine.

 

Ice out has come very early to West Pond this year, a good 90% of the pond is now free of ice and the remaining ice will be gone this weekend, usually we don't see ice out until mid or late April.

Following a hearing at the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit on August 14, 2018, immigrant rights leaders, activists, and prominent First Amendment lawyers held a press conference at Foley Square, to denounce the federal government’s attempts to deny immigrants access to federal courts and their first amendment protections.
