“Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take,

but by the moments that take our breath away!”

(Someone I don't remember)

Relax, it's friday :)

Enjoy your time, those special moments that take our breath away :)

Kisses,

Ana

Mediteranean blue, can a colour shine more brightly?

Another look up Chicago River's Main Stem. As mention in "Snow Day III" the views are ever changing. This photo was taken only a few moments after the other shot, but the different light and train blur make this a distinctly separate shot.

She was waiting for a shooting for an professinal photographer.

She was sitting on a stone near a water fall and the light was braking so beautiful on her face. I have had the honour to be at the photographers side during her shooting. I saw his pictures- perfect!

I always try to find this special thing in a person, the individuality. So it's really a question to all: Is a posing picture better? Without a blemish? Isn't the charisma that we all try to catch, or is it perfection?

Amtrak put 164 into phase IV heritage paint to replace phase IV unit 184 which was repainted in the standard scheme after some repairs. Here the still fresh looking 164 is on the point of the Capitol Limited as it flies towards Toledo across the former NYC "Air Line" in Swanton, OH. 6/9/2023

The Kaiserbrunnen fountain was built in 1897, and the figures decorating it were replaced in 1990s. Since then, the fountain in the centre of the old quarter on Marktstätte square has featured caricatures such as a three-headed peacock with three papal tiaras. These commemorate the Council of Constance held from 1414 to 1418.

Wikipedia:

Frederiksborg Castle (Danish: Frederiksborg Slot) is a palatial complex in Hillerød, Denmark. It was built as a royal residence for King Christian IV of Denmark-Norway in the early 17th century, replacing an older castle acquired by Frederick II and becoming the largest Renaissance residence in Scandinavia. Situated on three islets in the Slotssøen (castle lake), it is adjoined by a large formal garden in the Baroque style.
