This made me a little late for a hospital appt this morning but it was worth it.. Certainly made a few locals smile.. I was told that a couple of very "nawty" Putaruru girls did this...
This water feature is right next to a busy road.. if the foam caused an accident.. perhaps the girls wouldn't be so chirpy.
