Only when I translated the sticker I understood...
"Unidad vigilada por culeros y chismosos las 24 hrs"
translates to..
"Unit guarded by assholes and gossips 24 hrs"
I get the feeling this isn't quite the translation and meaning, but we get the idea. Full translation and explanation by anyone who can explain is most appreciated!
