I don't often take selfies. Maybe it's a generational thing, maybe it's just that my age is starting to show however this is one I couldn't resist. Your first trip to Africa is a powerful experience filled with many emotions you won't soon forget many you shouldn't forget. This moment is one that I will remember. I am attending a soccer (football) match in a village that does not see many tourists. My appearance at first strikes apprehension maybe fear in a group of young girls. This feeling eventually gives way to human curiosity ...they want to touch and rub my hands and arms perhaps to see if I am real. These girls eventually became very comfortable not leaving my side for the entire match including this one girl who held my hand the entire time. I had heard of the warm heart of Africa. I certainly felt it in that moment and will not forget this experience anytime soon.

Following up a day of music, beer, and friendliness, the sun set and Lamma Island started to get a bit chilly. So fires were set ablaze to keep the folks warm.

Vi esta pareja esperando en el Aeropuerto la Aurora, simplemente se miraban demasiado interesantes para no capturarlos. El se la paso en su iPad medio vuelo y ella se acabo 2 revistas.
Saw this couple in the La Aurora Airport, in Guatemala, they were too interesting to let them pass by. He spent half the flight on his iPad, while she consumed 2 magazines.
Human jammed is a norm at the Jalan Masjid India as the tourists and early customers huntingting for their bargain items. And the lorries or trucks used by the vendors to transport their goods added to the jammed to make it worse.
