A visit to The Jewish Museum it is on Albert Street in Camden Town, London.
They search your bags before you go in (for security reasons). And when you get your tickets, they give you a sticker to put on your jacket or top (while you are there).
It is mostly about the history of the British Jewish Community in the UK.

The Jewish Museum London is a museum of British Jewish life, history and identity. The museum is situated in the London Borough of Camden, North London. It is a place for people of all ages, faiths and background to explore Jewish history, culture, and heritage. The museum has a dedicated education team, with an extensive programme for schools, community groups and families alike.
The events, programmes and activities at the museum aim to provoke questions, challenge prejudice, and encourage understanding.
The museum was founded in 1932 in the Jewish communal headquarters in Bloomsbury. In 1995, it moved to its current site in Camden Town. Until 2007 it had a sister museum in Finchley, operated by the same charitable trust and sited within the Sternberg Centre. The Camden branch reopened in 2010 after two years of major building and extension work. The £10 million renovation was funded by the Heritage Lottery Fund and private donations. The museum is a registered charity.
The museum houses a major international-level collection of Jewish ceremonial art including the notable Lindo lamp an early example of a British Menorah (Hanukkah). The new building includes a gallery entitled Judaism: A Living Faith, displaying the museum's noted collection of Jewish ceremonial art. This collection has been awarded "designated" status by the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council in recognition of its outstanding national importance. The Museum's Holocaust Gallery includes items and filmed survivor testimony from Leon Greenman, who was one of the few British subjects to be interned in the death camps section at Auschwitz.
The museum also has exhibitions recounting the history of Jewish life in England, supported by a diverse collection of objects. There are also collections of paintings, prints and drawings, and an archive of photographs, which consists mainly of black and white photographs from the 1900s to the 1940s.

Experimented with bokeh for the first time tonight - actually quite impressed with how it turned out. I hardly did anything with the resulting photo. Maybe because with the yellow light, it came close to being a natural sepia shot. Life is better in sepia, you know.
But anywho... seeing as this was for the Booze and Bokeh group, I poured some B&B into my favorite glass and sat at the bar. My grandma and grandpa used to drink a glass of B&B quite often and I remember my grandpa drinking it at the kitchen table while we ran around like stupid monkeys. So now I drink it in honor of the late great Walter H Flood Jr. Slainte!

I found these pink beautyies in May 2012 in the South of France, Vincent Pessguier the owner of "Les Cerisiers" took me to his roses, alas the best feature of these roses is not in the picture, the scent is adorable, sweet and strong. I am looking forward to spring to visit Aire Naturelle de Camping Les Cerisiers again.

Ik vond deze ontluikende roos in de lente van 2012 op camping "Les Cerisiers" in de Luberon.
De eigennaar Vincent stond erop dat ik foto's maakte van zijn rozen, hij is er zo trots op! Het beste van deze rozen is de geur, dat moet je geloven, want houdt niet op de foto.
Was het maar weer lente. Ik verheug me op ons bezoek aan boerencamping Les Cerisiers, lekker kersenplukken en rozen bewonderen.

Nach Foul an Christopher Maucha brachte Michael Schmidt den SCB per Elfmeter in Führung. Und kurz darauf sorgten die Schiener-Schützlinge mit einer herrlichen Kombination auf der linken Seite über Patrik Pomichal, Christoph Monschein und Roberto Stessl für den zweiten Treffer. Ein sehenswerter Schmidt-Weitschuss zum 3:0 war bereits der Endstand in einem vor allem in der ersten halben Stunde sehr guten Testspiel. Nach der Pause flachte die Partie ab und wurde ruppiger und gehässiger. In der völlig unnötig aufgeheizten Stimmung verlor Maucha die Nerven und flog vom Platz. Wenig später der nächste negative Höhepunkt der zweiten Spielhälfte: David Haselmayer bekam bei einem Foul einen Schlag auf den Rist und musste ebenfalls vorzeitig vom Feld. Die Partie beruhigte sich danach, weitere Tore fielen aber nicht mehr. Weiterer Wermutstropfen: Auch René Blau musste nach einer Stunde wegen Muskelproblemen passen. Nageltreff, Stimmen zum Spiel : Trainer Robert Schiener: „In der ersten Halbzeit wurden bereits einige gute Spielzüge aus dem Training umgesetzt, auch das Pressing funktionierte. Allonby is a village on the coast of the Allerdale district in Cumbria, England. The village is on the B5300 road 5 miles north of Maryport and 8 miles south of Silloth. The village of Mawbray is 3 miles to the north, and 3.5 miles to the east is the village of Westnewton. The county town of Carlisle is located 26 miles to the north east. Other nearby settlements include Crosscanonby, Edderside, Hayton, and Salta.
The village overlooks Allonby Bay in the Solway Firth. The area is within the Solway Coast Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, and the historic county of Cumberland. Allonby, and the five-mile coastal strip of the bay, has views across the Solway to the Galloway hills of southern Scotland. Both the South Saltpans beach and the West Winds beach were awarded the Blue flag rural beach award in 2005. The village is located on the 150 miles Cumbria Coastal Way long distance footpath.
From the late 18th century until the mid 19th century, Allonby was home to a small fishing fleet. The main catch was herring. Fish yards were built where these were salted and packed in barrels made on the premises. There was also a smoke house where kippers were produced.
In the early part of the 19th century Allonby was a popular sea-bathing resort. Baths were built in 1835. The buildings still survive as private residences in the Market Square.
The village has a 17th century coaching inn now known as the Ship Hotel. Charles Dickens and Wilkie Collins stayed overnight at the hostelry in 1857 (due to Collins' illness) while they were touring northern Cumberland.
The Reading Room, opened in 1862, was designed by Alfred Waterhouse, the Victorian architect, when he was only 32 years old. The building was largely financed by Joseph Pease who was Britain's first Quaker MP.

A ships graveyard on the banks of the River Severn in Gloucestershire has been taken over by British Waterways.
The site, known as the Purton Hulks, previously had no formal owner and the vessels have been subject to vandalism.
The Friends of Purton have been campaigning for it to be properly protected for 12 years.
They said they were "overjoyed" that British Waterways, which looks after 2,200 miles of canals and rivers, has become the owner.
One hundred years ago, locals began deliberately beaching the boats to help shore up the Gloucester and Sharpness Canal, which runs alongside the River Severn.
'Fighting chance'
Paul Barnett, chairman of the Friends of Purton, said: "This is a great day for these last remnants of our maritime history.
"For too many years we have witnessed our heritage being habitually destroyed by vandalism and arson, now at last British Waterways, by taking this monumental decision, have embraced the challenge to ensure that these few remaining relics to are to be given a fighting chance."
David Viner, from British Waterways, said it had become increasingly important to ensure the site, which has 81 derelict vessels, had an owner to look after it properly.
He said the organisation owned the land immediately alongside the canal.
Mr Viner said it could raise awareness and show a staff presence to tackle vandalism.
"A lot of the vandalism is because people don't realise the significance of the boats," he added.
"Our first responsibility is to make sure the site is protected."

Le reportage se penche ensuite sur la préfabrication en usine. Ces procédés de préfabrication en usine selon le commentaire sont bien adaptés aux pays en voie de développement, cela est illustré dans le reportage par une réalisation en Libye à Benghazi. Dans la course à l'allégement des matériaux un procédé l'isola béton est présenté. Un chapitre sur la construction métallique explique les avantage de ce procédé. La fabrication de composants ouvre de nouvelles perspectives à l'industrie du bâtiment.

Le procédé dit de coffrage glissant est illustré sur le chantier des tours Pablo Picasso à Nanterre. Le principe est de s'affranchir des échafaudages : le coffrage épouse le contour du bâtiment, il s'élève avec la construction et permet de réaliser simultanément l'ensemble des murs verticaux. Le reportage se penche ensuite sur la préfabrication en usine. Dans la course à l'allégement des matériaux un procédé l'isola béton est présenté. Un chapitre sur la construction métallique explique les avantage de ce procédé. Le reportage nous informe que des sociétés d'économies mixtes ont étés crées pour les tronçons : Paris / Lille, Paris / Marseille, Paris / Normandie. Pour accélérer la construction l’État a eu recours à des concessions privées par exemple pour le tronçon Paris / Chartres. "Les autoroutes changent le visage de la France : artères économiques favorisant le développement industriel elles permettent de revitaliser des régions en perte de vitesse et de l'intégrer dans le mouvement général de l'expansion" Sur le plan européen elles vont combler le retard de la France et réaliser son insertion. Images de l'inauguration de l'autoroute entre Paris et Bruxelles par le président Georges Pompidou. Le reportage rappel que l'autre fonction capitale des autoroute est de favoriser la sécurité. La question de la limitation de vitesse est posée au ministre de l’Équipement, qui n'y est favorable que sur certains tronçons. Un des facteur de sécurité selon le commentaire est l'humanisation des autoroutes : aires de repos, restaurants, signalisation touristiques... Mais outre la pénurie de main d’œuvre, il faut faire face au manque de matériaux (béton, métal) et donc déployer des trésors d'imagination pour reconstruire les ponts détruits. Si le savoir faire des tailleurs de pierre est exploité, le plus spectaculaire est le relevage des ponts, comme le pont de Galliéni à Lyon, où 7 à 800 tonnes d'acier sont sorti de l'eau avec des moyens de l'époque.
