Las columnas de la nave central.

Gaudí evolucionó de un primer proyecto gótico hacia un estilo personal, orgánico, inspirado en las formas de la naturaleza: para librarse de los contrafuertes góticos, ideó el uso de columnas en forma de tronco de árbol, que permiten descargar el peso de las cubiertas directamente en el suelo, solución práctica a la vez que estética, ya que convierte el interior de las naves del templo en un espacio orgánico que semeja un bosque. En 1987 se inició la cimentación de las naves; para 1997 se completaron las bóvedas laterales y se empezó la central.
El templo tiene planta de cruz latina, con cinco naves de 90 metros de longitud, y crucero de tres naves de 60 metros; la nave central tiene un ancho de 15 metros, y 7,5 las laterales, haciendo un total de 45 metros; ancho del crucero, 30 metros. La altura es de 45 metros en las bóvedas de la nave central y 30 en las laterales, mientras que las del cimborio central llegarán a los 60 metros. Las naves laterales contendrán las cantorías para los coros. El ábside es lobulado, con deambulatorio entorno del presbiterio. El templo contará con un total de 36 columnas, que oscilarán entre 11,10 y 22,20 metros de altura, con bases de polígonos estrellados de varios lados según su ubicación: 6 (naves laterales), 8 (nave central), 10 (torres de los Evangelistas), 12 (torre de Jesús). Los materiales de construcción varían de la piedra de Montjuïc al granito, basalto o pórfido.
Las bóvedas son hiperbólicas, construidas con baldosas de mosaico veneciano. Gaudí utilizó la técnica de la bóveda catalana o bóveda tabicada, que consistía en la superposición de varias capas de ladrillos con argamasa. Las cubiertas son de forma piramidal, coronadas por una linterna y un farol. Los ventanales están pensados para distribuir una iluminación suave y armónica, creando un efecto de recogimiento, y tienen forma geométrica abstracta; las vidrieras de colores son obra de Joan Vila i Grau. The church plan is that of a Latin cross with five aisles. The central nave vaults reach 45 meters while the side nave vaults reach 30 meters. The transept has 3 aisles. The columns are on a 7.5 meter grid however the columns of the apse, resting on del Villar's foundation, do not adhere to the grid, requiring a section of columns of the ambulatory to transition to the grid thus creating a horseshoe pattern to the layout of those columns. The crossing rests on the four central columns of porphyry supporting a great hyperboloid surrounded by two rings of 12 hyperboloids (currently under construction). The central vault reaches 60 meters. The apse will be capped by a hyperboloid vault reaching 75 meters. Gaudi intended that a visitor standing at the main entrance be able to see the vaults of the nave, crossing, and apse, thus the graduated increase in vault loftiness.
The columns of the interior are a unique Gaudi design. Besides branching to support their load, their ever-changing surfaces are the result of the intersection of various geometric forms. The simplest example is that of a square base evolving into an octagon as the column rises, then a 16-sided form, and eventually to a circle. This effect is the result of a three-dimensional intersection of helicoidal columns (for example a square cross-section column twisting clockwise and a similar one twisting counter-clockwise).

"Recente è la condivisione, da parte mia, del percorso di Comunicazione Facilitata con i ragazzi del C.D.D. Belotti, ma io posso vantare una pregressa esperienza con la C.F., che mi ha permesso di frequentare il liceo psicopedagogico Manzoni di Varese.
Fino alla terza media io ho assistito alle lezioni senza poter interagire con le mie insegnanti, senza poter esprimere le mie conoscenze, essendo io autistico, disprassico ed averbale. L'unica possibilità espressiva era allora il metodo PECS, per comunicare attraverso le immagini, i miei bisogni primari. La mia mente restava prigioniera così come la mia voce, i pensieri e le parole della mia devastante patologia.
Quando sono entrato in contatto con chi mi ha considerato dotato di intelligenza e mi ha avviato alla C.F. , restituendomi dignità, mi si è svelato un mondo sconosciuto di travolgente bellezza: essere riconosciuto socialmente nelle mie competenze è stato meraviglioso. Finalmente il mio pensiero era libero ed io potevo vivere appaganti relazioni, nonostante la mia alienante disabilità. Ho seguito il programma curricolare, ho conquistato visibilità e credibilità sociale, acquisendo una progressiva autonomia dal facilitatore. Ho brillantemente superato la maturità: sognavo di andare all'università, avrei studiato neuropsicologia, avrei messo la mia esperienza al servizio degli altri. Purtroppo il mio desiderio è stato frustrato: non mi è stato possibile iscrivermi all'università, difficoltosamente e dolorosamente ho ridimensionato le mie aspettative. Sono però approdato ad un ridicolo empasse: da una parte i sogni, dall'altra la necessaria accettazione del senso di realtà. Ho optato per quest'ultimo e non me ne pento. Ho dovuto ricercare nuovi obiettivi e dare un senso nuovo alla mia vita. Il delta dei miei significati è ora condividere con voi questa mia esperienza, PERCHE' MAI PIU' POSSA ACCADERE CHE UN UOMO NON VENGA RICONOSCIUTO".

Nocturnas. Uno de mis vicios. Llevamos una temporada que no hay manera
de pillar una noche despejada. Aprovechando que acabo de instalar mi máquina
desde cero (otra vez) con lo último de lo último (LR4, CS6, etc.), he querido probar
una de las nuevas funciones del CS6 que me va a dar un juego tremendo.
Esta imagen del pasado invierno la había dejado en el cajón, porque está hecha
con el Samyang 8mm, y la deformación era tan brutal que no sabía cómo resolverlo.
Ahora estoy encantado de tener una herramienta que me ayuda.
Toda la iluminación es natural en este caso, y la larga exposición de nosecuantosminutos
hace el resto.
Incluyendo la Polar en el encuadre gana mucho la composición, y al ser un ultragranangular,
en el extremo opuesto las trazas tienen un tamaño mucho mayor.
En esta imagen conté con la inestimable ayuda de mi hija mayor Lucia, que me acompañó
durante esa fría noche, esperando juntos en silencio.
Ahora que a acabado las clases, espero que podamos volver a salir juntos a hacer más cosas
que tenemos pensadas. Lo malo es que yo sigo teniendo que madrugar... jaja
Bueno, olvidaba los datos técnicos:
Son 7 fotos de 300 segundos apiladas con.... ya no lo recuerdo, no sé si usé el startrails o lo hice directamente en photoshop.
ISO200, 8mm y f3.5.

ENG The portal of Santa María La Real de Sangüesa (Navarra, Spain) is one of the most outstanding works of Spanish Romanesque art. Sculpted at the end of the 12th century. The statues-columns that support the three archivolts are one of the most beautiful elements of the portal, those on the left represent the Three Marys who symbolize the resurrection and those on the right Saint Peter, Saint Paul and Judas. The lower part of the cover is the work of the master Leodegarius.

Un diablotin femelle trouvée dans une petite frîche au pieds des marnes dans le Diois. Cela fait plusieurs années que je fréquente régulièrement la petite vallée de Chapias et c'est pourtant ma première rencontre avec cette espèce.

Worth protecting plant communities in Haren prongs are particularly alder-swamp forests , alder - ash forests , large and small sedge marshes , wet meadows and bogs . The area serves as a habitat and refuge for a variety of animal species. These include strictly protected species such as bats , the black stork , crane , the lesser spotted eagle , the kingfisher , the green sandpiper , the fire-bellied toad and the moor frog .
History
The prongs Haren was once hunting ground of the family of value based on Schloss Hoppenrade . He was in the context of land reform in the Soviet occupation zone in 1945 expropriated and divided. During the period of the German Democratic Republic it was used by the State Forestry operation. 1990 sought to provide the Haren prongs under protection. The designation as a nature reserve finally took place in 2003. In the same year, 160 ha of the area were from the Federal Republic of Germany at the Green League for natural management transfer. [2]
The reserve is part of the European bird reserve Upper Havelniederung.

Musée Dräi Eechelen (literal translation: Three Acorns Museum) is a museum in the Kirchberg district of Luxembourg City in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg. Opened in July 2012 in the fully restored 18th-century Fort Thüngen, its permanent exhibition traces Luxembourg's history from 1443 to 1903.
The museum is housed in the fully restored Fort Thüngen, built by the Austrians in 1732 to reinforce the Fortress of Luxembourg. In 1836 and in 1859–60, it was extended by the Prussians forming part of the outer defences known as the Grünewald Front (Front de Grünewald). As a consequence of the 1867 Treaty of London, most of the building was demolished apart from its three rounded turrets, colloquially known as Dräi Eechelen (Luxembourgish) or Les Trois Glands (French), meaning "The Three Acorns".
In 1996, the Luxembourg authorities approved the development of a so-called Musée de la Forteresse (Fortress Museum) in Fort Thüngen with a view to "illustrating and explaining the nature of the fortress of Luxembourg in regard to the history of the city, the territorial development of the country and the cultural identity of the nation". The museum forms part of Luxembourg's National Museum of History and Art.
Some 600 artefacts in the permanent exhibition illustrate the history of the city and country of Luxembourg from the Burgundian conquest in 1443 to the construction of the Adolphe Bridge in 1903. They are exhibited in a series of casemates (or underground galleries), six of which cover specific periods from the medieval fortress (1443-1643) to the height of the city's development (1883-1903). Two further casemates house a multimedia room and a series of photographs illustrating the city and the fortress in the 19th century. With its striking underground galleries and passageways, the building itself forms an important part of the permanent exhibition. It has been restored to reflect the last phase of its original expansion in 1837.

El Museo Dräi Eechelen funciona en el restaurado Fuerte Thüngen, un excepcional edificio histórico construido entre 1732 y 1733.
La exposición del museo comienza con la Edad Media mostrando la captura de la ciudad por los borgoñones en 1443 y finaliza con la construcción del Puente Adolfo en 1903.
La visita consta de unos 600 objetos y documentos originales, muchos de ellos inéditos, que dan testimonio de la riqueza de la colección del museo. Una habitación especialmente diseñada contiene fotografías históricas que ilustran la fortaleza antes y durante su desmantelamiento.
El principal objeto de exposición es el complejo histórico. Su espectacular sistema de galerías y minas subterráneas se conserva en gran parte en el estado de su última fase de construcción entre 1836 y 1837.

Namibia is like my second home - I've been there countless times and simply love the country. When I went there for the first time, hardly anyone had ever heard of it, let alone seen photographs of the surreal scenery. Now, many years later, it is one of the most popular landscape photography destinations in Africa, there are Namibia pictures all over the internet, and for a large part I have myself to blame for it, bringing groups there every year. As a result, it's becoming increasingly more difficult to create something original at this incredible place.
This year I got very lucky when the heavens decided to bring me something entirely different from the blue skies that I've become so used to. What you see here is very dense fog creeping over the dunes, about to fill the valley. The fog lasted for over an hour even after sunrise, and it was the most magical hour I have ever spent there.
