While speaking to him, he seemed to be an educated man, which definitely surprised me.
When I inquired, I found out he used to work in the land registration office, an office renowned for being extremely corrupt. Yet, he was honest and made no black money for himself. Currently, he lives with his son who works at a factory.

it bothers me that you can't see my roller skates and that pole is kind of sticking out of my head, but i suppose at least it's honest.
Lost under the developer's hammer a couple of years after I took this.
"Honest Ed's" was a famous institution here in Toronto for many years.
Sunderland's seafront has been proving the ideal place to cool off these last few days as the UK wide heatwave sent temperatures soaring.
To be honest, it's times like these when you really appreciate the joys of living on the coast.
In the warm summer sunshine, our local seafront was looking rather inviting!
This shot reminds me of my childhood days, as children we're always inquisitive about everything around us. We want to know what, how & why but something holds us back. This little guy was very interested in what I was doing but kept peeking. After the show we had a small chat about cameras & photos.

So be good with what you're given
For it's all you have to give
We are only passing shadows
In the mighty wind
And the sound it makes is an honest song
Our hearts sing an honest song

Another iPhone 4S photo and edit because half the time I can't have my regular camera on me so this is actually good enough.

Remember Me
A poem by Peter S. Quinn
Remember me in years to come
If I will fate away,
I was here for a moment some.
When things were still okay
To have a friend to see,
For everything is wastefully
Wastefully.
What purpose has this life of ours,
With all the various differences?
The world each opportunity devours
Before any truly acceptances.
It means a lot to me
To have a friend to see,
For everything is wastefully
Wastefully.
Each feeling 's for a while
That turns out wrong or right,
Some astray or beguile
In its moments and height.
Remember me in years to come
If friendship has been found,
Sometimes it's so gruesome
With nothing in the background.
It means a lot each day
You made me uniquely,
With all your sincerity
Sincerity.
It means a lot each way
For life is such a disarray,
When it comes to fair play
Fair play.
Remember me in years to come -
Remember me.
" My beloved is my true consort.
If time itself should seek
to sunder us apart
with blustery tempests,
My love would trace a path of roses"

"May we live in peace without weeping. May our joy outline the lives we touch without ceasing. And may our love fill the world, angel wings tenderly beating."

I know I am not young anymore--in fact, some might even call me old. I am certainly not the prettiest girl in world! Far from it.
But I do believe I present an honest persona as a woman, and that's good enough for me

I combined 2 photos of this display at Walt Disney: One Man's Dream that shows the Abraham Lincoln animatronic. The image on the right highlights Abe and on the left is the controller used to program his movements.

According to this scale I weighed a whooping 10,190lbs.
I think it's time for a diet.
Us trannies are all about stockings and big heels, but sometimes we need to take a break. In these last photos in this series, I'm stripped down to just the basics. I'm like a foot shorter :)
Remember to follow me on Twitter where I talk about why it's usually a good idea for me to wear tights and other fun things :)

Have to be honest as not sure on this one but tried to portray the gritty weather conditions of the day. Flying Scotsman at Burrs on east Lancashire Railway
View On Black please, it's much better there.
I don't know if you all know but this year's Vday clashes with the first day of the Lunar New Year.
And to be honest, I can't be arsed with both.
I don't celebrate V-day, even if I'm attached, I just don't see the point. I'd rather have a good make out session than a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates, but that's just me.
And Chinese New Year?
I really dislike visiting people, especially certain relatives whom my family members aren't on good terms with.
And this year, my Chinese New Year break is pathetic because I've got 2 major assignments due right when school starts again. One good thing though, is that I've gotten my hands on Dante's Inferno Death Edition, I have ALWAYS been fascinated with the poem and it's awesome that there's a game based on it!!! Will probably do an inspired shot or something soon =)
I think the next game I want to get my hands on will be Heavy Rain.
This shot was pretty spontaneous, I wore that qipao thingy and was wondering what to shoot, so I just randomly threw my quilt on the floor, grabbed some random items from my table and took some photos.
I had quite a few different edits for this shot and an outtake which will be in the comments.
Happy Vday to all and Happy CNY to asian flickrites =)
(Ps. I hope the colour looks ok on your screen cause on some screens it can tend to look toooo yellow, sorry if on your screen it does!)
Honest it is.
We walked around a courtyard that is part of the royal palace and I saw a window that reflected a part of the palace in an interesting way. It was close to sunset (around the same time as the photo of Vesuvius) so the colours were nice and orange.
I’ll be honest, I’ve not always had the best time shooting Fuji’s Velvia 100. When I shoot it well, the results are fantastic and I’ll make sure to stick another roll in my daypack.
When I cross process it as in the image below), I often have even better, almost surreal r...
