A few candies to help me keep up my energy and now I'm back to finishing my last paper for the semester (It's kind of late. Maybe I'll just finish tomorrow)
I was using the grinder at work & noticed the flying sparks, thought that it was suitable for this weeks homework. Taken on shutter priority,iso 200 with a 6 second opening, camera auto chose f/5.0.
Haven't had time to go through the homework videos but couldn't wait to play a little. Believe it or not, this was not staged. Was on my way to the garden shed (behind the chair) & just set down my coffee. Came out & thought "I should get my camera." Voila! Used 4 of Kim's textures.
Spent the majority of my weekend working on a term paper for a 6-week winter class. Having no time during the week, I made the best of my weekend and took advantage and got the majority of the paper done. Now i'm down to the editing process. i have til tuesday so i am not worried. :)
I laughed looking at this picture after i took it. none of the items on the floor were stragetically placed, but i do love how they wound up there. =) see notes!
(and the book i'm reading is Cockroaches of Stay More-- great read, i recommend!)

Daddy is out of town for work, but he can still FaceTime for math homework. Funny - she was facing the iPad with her back to me, and when she saw me raise the phone, she move to a better spot for the photo. I think I trained her too well.
