The south slope of Mount Frissell in the town of Salisbury and historic Litchfield County includes the highest natural elevation (2,380') in the state of Connecticut. Here is a view from near the highpoint. This snapshot was taken on Wednesday, 24 July 2013.
She just called to tell me it is a motherboard problem with my Acer. It will cost me rm 400 to fix it. Have to go ahead anyway.
I had to drive a couple hours out of my way to see this, but it was worth it. Funny enough, you can now rent an apartment in there.
Mount Mansfield is 4,393 feet above sea level. It's about 2 miles from the top of the Toll Road to the summit, all of it along the ridgeline and most over bare rock.
