Lewis, was a little surprised that when I asked him to hold the light bulb it was lit up but it wasn't powered up to anything!
That's five 365's completed over the past five years and I'm still wondering if I'll do another!! Let's see what tomorrow brings!!

taken at palm springs, ca. a deserted area - not much to look at...i wanted to make an infrared effect on this one...to make it a bit interesting the dead scenery...
I had to hang back at certain points after the rain earlier in the day. His un-guarded rear wheel was spraying water at me!
If you ride a bicycle mudguards are almost essential. They weight very little and help to keep bicycle maintenance costs down (and laundry bills).
Only silly people arrive home looking like a badger (stripe up their back).
One day to go so I nice fresh coffee with a little splash of vanilla to get me through the rest of the day!

2018-06-29: Aerial view of the Lekki Bridge and the toll plaza during the Lekki Toll Bridge Project, Nigeria. Constructed with high end technology the Lekki Bridge is focused to keep the flow of traffic smooth in Nigeria.
2018-05-08: Panaromic view of the Kotoka International Airport, Expansion Programme -Terminal 3 in Accra, Ghana. This project is estimated to handle double the paasenger capacity.
In the jungle .... well, not really! Just in the garden but these plants - which I've no idea what they are called - are quite exotic with those little suspended flowers!

I rode my commute this morning with 2 x full 700ml water bottles as a test - this is the kind of amount that I will take on the Dunwich Dynamo (this coming weekend).
The Dunwich Dynamo is an overnight 120km ride from London to Dunwich on the east coast (yes, I know it sounds nuts). I completed it in 2012, but circumstances has prevented me completing it every year since.

The bike felt heavy to begin with, but once underway it felt OK much to my relief! Running out of water on the Dunwich Dynamo is not something I'd like to do. Water is heavy stuff, but obviously essential. If only you could get de-hydrated water to save on the weight... ; )
