Was testing some light for high key portraits.
Shot with :
Godox AD600
Sony A7R with 85MM 1.4 Sony lens
Used one large softbox from right side not directly aimed at model to catch soft light from edges and made sure bottem of softbox was slightly below chin height and top of softbox above head height. Was shot outside so had cloudy sunlight as fill from left. Behind model is a tree which should be slightly visible, but isnt due to increased contrast with upload to flickr I think.

High speed, alright! Alex Davison flies by me barely a matter of metres away.
Capturing the cars from close proximity while they're doing somewhere in the region of 180km/h isn't easy, witnessed by the volume of images I deleted. This, however, is my favourite of all...

A couple more of Renee. I like this one, although it doesn't really capture her very well. She does have a lovely smile and looks very mature in this one though!
From my first ever photography gig.
Not too bad for a first attempt at high key photography. Lots of lamps and a long suffering partner.

With half-the-colour removed and an odd colourcast to mask the light levels, this sign is no higher than about ...forty cm, maybe. It's warning bus drivers of the approaching bridleway crossing between Park Lane (the red lights in the distance) and Histon & Impington busway station (several minutes behind us). At 60-70 mph, I'm not too sure what the braking distance for a guided bus is, but I'm sure the buses won't be stopping for the crossing. The demonstration video showed drivers not even slowing down; the sign's purely there to remind them to use their windscreen wipers afterwards.
This girl has spent the summer in the high country, but will have to move downhill soon. Winter comes early there.
