Whether it's connecting them to free training classes or helping them develop their job skills, our staff members work closely with individuals to help identify their needs and then devise plans to meet those needs. Our case managers follow each individual's progress by regularly contacting them, providing as-needed support and guiding them as they strive to attain self-reliance.
