Daughter Anne-Marie showing off her handiwork - she planted the beans for me, despite not being a gardener. My neighbour kindly erected the supports, using branches from my old apple tree. Compensation for having a broken right wrist - which, incidentally, is healing well now the dressing is off and the swelling of the hand is diminishing.
